The vacuum apparatus serves to suck punched chips generated during the punching process of the punching head. The suction flow passage selectively communicates the through holes of the punching tools with the vacuum apparatus. The suction switching apparatus changes a path of the suction flow passage so that the suction flow passage communicates only with a hollow rod performing a punching process, among the plurality of hollow rods.

    Abstract: A quilt binding cutting guide and a method for using it to cut and form low-bulk, angled seams for quilt bindings. The quilt binding generally has a first end and a second end. The cutting guide may comprise a quilt edge line, a right binding cutline, and a left binding cutline, the right binding cutline and the left binding cutline being spaced apart from, and parallel to, each other, and angled with respect to the quilt edge line. To use the guide, a user may position the cutting guide on top of a quilt so that the quilt edge line is directly above a raw edge of the quilt. The user may then use the guide lines on the cutting guide to position and cut the ends of a quilt binding accurately, without measuring or marking.

The rope severing device includes a housing having a base and a top and the top is movably mounted to the base such that the top can move axially with respect to the base. A blade is positioned at least partially within the housing and fixedly mounted with respect to the base. In some embodiments, an elastic member is positioned inside the housing in contact with the base and a damper is attached to the base to dampen relative movement of the top and the base. Upon application of a compressive force to the housing, the top moves toward the base and the blade is at least partially exposed through an opening in the top to sever a rope attached to the rope severing device.

The cutting pressing blocks can press and hold the steel sheet during cutting, while not affecting the cutting of the cutter, whereby the accuracy of the steel sheet cutting is greatly improved.
