  • Patent number: 12228951
Abstract: A vacuum exhaust system is provided which can reduce a size of a pump or a valve, and can thin the pipe diameter, and can perform highly efficient exhaust making the best use of exhaust characteristics of the pump from high vacuum to the large flow region. The process gas used in a vacuum chamber passes through a regulating valve, and reaches a first branch pipe. The passage on the side indicated with A in the drawing of the first branch pipe is connected with an inlet port of a second pump. On the other hand, the passage indicated with B in the drawing of the first branch pipe is provided with a bypass valve. Then, the downstream of an outlet port of the second pump and the downstream of the bypass valve are connected with a first pump via a second branch pipe. In the low and medium vacuum regions (at the time of large flow rate exhaust), the bypass valve is opened. At this time, the gas is exhausted through both the passage A including the second pump therethrough and a passage B.

  • Patent number: 12180781
Abstract: A device for filling spacer frames with hollow-section strips has a storage tank for free-flowing, hygroscopic fill material, such as a molecular sieve. A line that leads to the spacer frame to be filled extends from the storage tank and empties into a fill opening in the wall of the spacer frame. The amount of the fill material poured into the spacer frame is determined by the amount of the fill material removed from the storage tank being detected. The amount of the fill material removed from the storage tank is detected by measuring the travel of a piston that rests with pressure on the fill material in the storage tank. The degree of filling is verified by the amount of the fill material removed from the storage tank being compared to the preset amount of the fill material that is to be poured into the spacer frame.

  • Patent number: 12173916
Abstract: A valve control method comprises: configuring a condition for periodically triggering self-cleaning; and when a valve is continuously in an opened or closed state, or a preset time point is reached, repeatedly opening and closing the valve several times within a short period of time, such that dirt on a contact surface of a valve element is automatically removed by means of vertical or rotational movement of the valve element so as to prevent the case in which the valve is in a static state for a long period of time which causes impurities in a pipeline to be deposited on the surface of the valve element, and thereby causing the valve element to jam or have increased movement resistance. In addition, the resilience of mechanical parts such as a spring and a rubber member in the valve is not reduced as a result of the valve being in the closed or opened state for a long period of time, and the flexibility thereof is maintained. Also disclosed is a valve control terminal.
