  • Patent number: 11739450
Abstract: The invention provides a circular knitting machine for prompting a knitting machine status instantaneously based on a cloth surface status of a fabric, comprising a needle cylinder, a camera module capable of photographing the fabric during doffing, an information processing unit, and an encoder. A camera lens of the camera module does not rotate with the needle cylinder, and a shooting timing of the camera lens is controlled by photographing signals. The information processing unit receives image data generated by the camera module, and compares the images, when there is a difference between the two consecutive image data on a same vertical line, a knitting machine status is prompted. The encoder generates pulse signals when the needle cylinder rotates, the encoder outputs the pulse signals to the camera module or the information processing unit, and the receiver counts the pulse signals to generate the photographing signals.

  • Patent number: 11725314
Abstract: Pattern data for at least two sizes are converted to knit data, regarding knitted products to be graded. Regarding the knit data for at least two sizes, characteristic points specifying shapes of the knitted products and intermediate shapes specifying shapes of the knitted products between the characteristic points are generated. By interpolating or extrapolating the characteristic points and the intermediate shapes, according to a desired size of the knitted products, characteristic points and intermediate shapes for the desired size are generated. Closed loops are generated by connecting the characteristic points and the intermediate shapes, and knit data for the desired size is generated by allocating knitted stitches within patterns specified by the closed loops. Without pattern data for intermediate sizes, knit data for the intermediate sizes are generated from the two size knit data.

  • Patent number: 11685633
Abstract: A belt for use as for example an elevator belt, flat belt, synchronous belt or toothed belt comprises steel strands held in parallel by a polymer jacket. The steel strands have a diameter ‘D’ and are separated by a pitch ‘p’. The ratio of diameter ‘D’ over pitch ‘p’ is larger than 0.55. Such belt arrangement prevents the cutting of the polymer jacket between strand and pulley and abates the noise generation during use. The belts are best built with a type of parallel lay strands particularly designed for use in a belt. These strands do not show core migration during use of the belt.
