  • Patent number: 10484310
Abstract: Systems and methods of transmitting data packets in a live data feed are provided. A live data processing system receives a plurality of tracking data packets that are obtained using radar devices and image capturing devices. The live data processing system determines that a particular tracking data packet is missing from the plurality of tracking data packets based on a predetermined order for receiving the plurality of tracking data packets. The live data processing system queues the plurality of tracking data packets. The live data processing system generates a plurality of message packets based on the plurality of tracking data packets and the particular tracking data packet that is received after receiving the plurality of tracking data packets. The live data processing system transmits, in the live data feed, the plurality of message packets in the predetermined order to a plurality of devices for display.

  • Patent number: 10470170
Abstract: Methods, systems, and devices for wireless communication are described. A wireless device such as a user equipment (UE) or a base station may identify a set of resource element groups (REGs) for low latency communication, and each REG may include a portion of a different resource block (RB) of a set of RBs (e.g., a set of non-contiguous RBs). The device may then map an uplink control channel to the selected REGs and communicate on the uplink control channel accordingly. Reference signals may also be transmitted in the same RBs, and the REGs may be mapped around the resources used for reference signals. In some cases, multiple UEs may transmit uplink control data using the same resources using code division multiplexing (CDM) (e.g., if the control payload is relatively small). In other cases, multiple UEs may be frequency division multiplexed (FDM).

  • Patent number: 10461896
Abstract: Configuring channel state information configuration parameters can reduce user equipment uplink feedback information. The user equipment can send the uplink feedback information to the network node by adapting the repetition factor based on one or more criteria. The repetition factor can be determined by the user equipment and/or a network node associated with the user equipment. Thus, reducing the frequency of reporting uplink feedback information can reduce power usage, signal interference, and increase battery life.

  • Patent number: 10447498
Abstract: The disclosed embodiments relate to a system that facilitates communication between virtual private clouds (VPCs) hosted by different cloud service providers. During operation, the system receives a packet from a source at a first router in a first VPC, wherein the first VPC is hosted by a first cloud service provider, and wherein the packet is directed to a destination in a second VPC, which is hosted by a second cloud service provider. If no direct tunnel exists between the first VPC and the second VPC, the system forwards the packet through an intermediate hub to the second VPC, and automatically builds a direct tunnel from the first router in the first VPC to a second router in the second VPC to facilitate subsequent communications between the first and second VPCs.

  • Patent number: 10361903
Abstract: Intelligent services are provided in a storage network using intelligent service modules that can be cabled to a switch external to the switch chassis and yet be managed as part of the switch's logical domain. Data and management communications between the intelligent service module and the core switch are provided through a “soft-backplane” implemented using in-band communications through cabling attached between the switch and the intelligent service module rather than through a hardwired backplane within the chassis. Management communications from management software is directed to the switch, which handles the management functions relating to the intelligent service module or forwards the management requests to the intelligent service module for processing.

  • Patent number: 10333727
Abstract: A novel method for performing replication of messages in a network that bridges one or more physical networks to an overlay logical network is provided. A physical gateway provides bridging between network nodes of a physical network and virtual machines in the overlay logical network by serving as an endpoint of the overlay logical network. The physical gateway does not replicate messages from the bridged physical network to destination endpoints in the overlay logical network directly, but instead tunnels the message-to-be-replicated to a designated tunnel endpoint in the overlay logical network. The designated tunnel endpoint in turn replicates the message that was tunneled to it to other endpoints in the overlay logical network.
