Abstract: A method provides an expression picture in an instant communication conversation window; acquires information of a user operation activity information from a sending user with respect to the expression picture; searching a first expression database based on the expression picture and the acquired information of the user operation activity; generates a first response message corresponding to the expression picture under the user operation activity; and sends found information related to the expression picture and the acquired information of the user operation activity to a receiving client corresponding to a receiving user to facilitate the receiving client to generate a second response message corresponding to the expression picture under the user operation activity.

Abstract: A system, method, and computer program product for implementing a tree traversal operation for a tree data structure divided into compression blocks is disclosed. The method includes the steps of receiving at least a portion of a tree data structure that represents a tree having a plurality of nodes, pushing a root node of the tree data structure onto a traversal stack data structure associated with an outer loop of a tree traversal operation algorithm, and, for each iteration of an outer loop of a tree traversal operation algorithm, popping a top element from the traversal stack data structure and processing, via an inner loop of the tree traversal operation algorithm, the compression block data structure that corresponds with the top element. The tree data structure may be encoded as a plurality of compression block data structures that each include data associated with a subset of nodes of the tree.

Abstract: A first surface, a second surface, and a third surface are set in order in a direction of a scene, and the first surface has a plurality of cells and a plurality of sub-cells divided from each of the plurality of cells, the second surface has a plurality of segments, and the plurality of cells and the plurality of segments are associated respectively. A trace direction of a ray passing through each sub-cell is determined based on a segment associated with a cell including the sub-cell. Ray tracing on the determined trace direction is performed for each sub-cell so as to generate light-field data of the scene between the second and third surfaces.

Abstract: Methods and systems are provided for allocating frequencies in a radio access network (RAN) that includes a plurality of radio nodes each associated with a cell and a services node operatively coupled to the radio nodes. In accordance with the method, the radio nodes (RNs) in the RAN are divided into a plurality of clusters of RNs. A fractional frequency reuse (FFR) pattern is generated for each cluster. Transmission resources are allocated to the radio nodes in each cluster in accordance with the respective FFR pattern that is generated for each cluster.

Abstract: A system, method, and computer program product for implementing a tree traversal operation for a tree data structure is disclosed. The method includes the steps of receiving at least a portion of a tree data structure that represents a tree having a plurality of nodes and processing, via a tree traversal operation algorithm executed by a processor, one or more nodes of the tree data structure by intersecting the one or more nodes of the tree data structure with a query data structure. A first node of the tree data structure is associated with a first local coordinate system and a second node of the tree data structure is associated with a second local coordinate system, the first node being an ancestor of the second node, and the first local coordinate system and the second local coordinate system are both specified relative to a global coordinate system.

Abstract: A method of controlling screen lock and a mobile terminal employing the same is provided. The mobile device includes a User Interface (UI) for setting a screen unlock mode using a wireless device other than the mobile terminal and stores IDentifier (ID) information of the wireless device designated by the UI corresponding to the screen unlock mode. The mobile terminal is capable of detecting a wireless device. After the ID information of the wireless device is stored, if the wireless device is detected by the mobile terminal and ID information of the detected wireless device is identical to the stored ID information, the mobile terminal controls not to display an unlock requesting screen when the display unit of the mobile terminal is turned on.

Abstract: A virtual reality (VR) console receives slow calibration data from an imaging device and fast calibration data from an inertial measurement unit on a virtual reality headset. Using a model of the VR headset, the VR console identifies model locators corresponding to locators on the VR headset and generates estimated positions for locators included in slow calibration data. The VR console adjusts calibration parameters so a relative distance between estimated positions of the locators and positions of their corresponding model locators is less than a threshold value. From the estimated positions, the VR console generates calibrated positions of a reference point on the VR headset associated with images from the slow calibration data. The VR console determines predicted positions of the reference point from the calibrated positions and adjusts calibration parameters so intermediate estimated positions of the reference point are within a threshold distance of the predicted positions.

Abstract: Mobile device application usage history is collected across a plurality of mobile device applications. A mobile device application usage trigger event is received. For each of a plurality of candidate push notifications, a quality score adjustment is determined as a function of the collected mobile device application usage history and the trigger event. An opportunity to push a notification to the first mobile device is auctioned based on the adjusted quality scores. The notification of the auction winner is pushed to the first mobile device.

For example, systems and methods described herein involve identifying the position of a cursor within a machine-readable document. Systems and methods described herein also involve identifying corresponding position co-ordinates in a source image, as well as, capturing an image preview from the source image based on the corresponding position co-ordinates. Systems and methods described herein may also involve providing the preview of the source image within the machine-readable document.

In the context of a method, a macro access point (MAP) may initiate a handover between a source and destination local area access point (LAAP) by causing a handover request to be transmitted to the destination LAAP. The method may further involve causing a handover command to be transmitted to a user equipment (UE), causing a data transfer inform message to be transmitted to the source LAAP, and receiving a UE context release message from the destination LAAP. In the context of another method, a LAAP may initiate a handover. The method may involve receiving a dual connection transfer request message from a source LAAP, receiving a dual connection transfer request acknowledge message from a destination LAAP and receiving a Path Switch Successful indication from a Mobility Management Entity.
