Abstract: Methods, systems, and apparatus for providing assistance to a user of a mobile application are described. A request for assistance from the user is detected and a request is issued to a remote device for establishment of a remote assistance session. Information describing a state of the mobile device is periodically transmitted to the remote device and one or more commands may be received from the remote device. The commands may be executed on the mobile device.

Abstract: In one embodiment, a networking device reroutes traffic in a network from a first path to a second path, based on a prediction that the first path will not satisfy a service level agreement associated with the traffic. The networking device enters a fast monitoring state during which the networking device performs fast probing of the first path and of the second path onto which the traffic was rerouted. The networking device makes, based on the fast probing, a determination as to whether the first path would have violated the service level agreement and whether the second path violates the service level agreement. The networking device enacts a routing decision for the traffic by applying a routing policy to the determination.

Abstract: Further disclosed herein is a system for facilitating generation of an interactive story based on non-interactive data, in accordance with some embodiments. Accordingly, the system may include a communication device, a processing device, and a storage device. Further, the communication device may be configured for receiving non-interactive data from a source device, transmitting interactive story data to a user device, receiving a request from the user device, and transmitting a response to the user device. Further, the processing device may be configured for analyzing the non-interactive data, generating the interactive story data based on the analyzing, analyzing the at least one request, and generating the response based on the analyzing of the interactive story data and the analyzing of the request. Further, the storage device may be configured for storing the non-interactive data, the interactive story data, the request, and the response.

Abstract: A web conferencing system is hosted in a first computing environment and is Internet-connected with a content management system hosted in a second computing environment. Upon detection of an occurrence of a file or folder drag-and-drop event at the web conferencing system, the file or folder corresponding to the drag-and-drop event is made available to the content management system. A directory hierarchy of a file system of the content management system is generated on-the-fly. The content management system initiates operations to retrieve and store a copy of the file or folder into the director hierarchy. Access permissions corresponding to locations within the directory hierarchy where the copy of the file or folder is stored are established such that users of the web conferencing system who were not users of the content management system can access the copy of the file or folder that is stored in the content management system.

Abstract: A system having a server for receiving a message from a sending device executing a messaging application and for sending a message notification alert to a recipient, the server having a processor and memory, the memory having computer executable code, comprising receiving the message from the sending device executing the messaging application, the message containing recipient address information provided by the sending device, determining, based on recipient address information, that the recipient is not associated with a recipient device having the messaging application, and transmitting the message notification alert to the recipient via an alternate communications method, the message notification alert comprising a link to view the message.

Abstract: A system for discovering digital assets and determining an association between the assets and an entity analyzes publicly available information about entities of interest and dataset(s) generated via network observations from devices using the digital assets. Additional attributes included in the network observations dataset(s) and metadata from such observations may be used to enhance the correctness of the identified entity-asset associations. Network observations dataset(s) may be monitored on an on-going basis to provide current entity-asset associations.

Abstract: A method and system for synchronization data across applications installed on mobile and desktop devices and remote server uses a mail server. The data to be sent to applications is included in electronic message body or attachment and sent to a predefined email account. The email account is processed via listener applications according to a processing rule such as sender's email address, sender's domain, header information, or metadata. When an email matches the rule, an action is triggered that acquires data from attachment of email or body and updates local storage.

Abstract: A method for providing an authentication-less access to an internet of things, IoT, platform. The method includes the following acts, performed by a gateway device after receiving a first data packet of a data stream from a first device: determining if the first data packet includes a connection criterion related the IoT platform; enabling the routing of data packets belonging to the data stream between the first device and the IoT platform if the first data packet includes the predetermined connection criterion; and forwarding the first data packet to an authentication portal in order to trigger an authentication procedure between the authentication portal and the first device if the first data packet does not include the predetermined connection criterion.

Abstract: A method includes receiving a plurality of sets of extracted data from one or more devices under analysis. An evidence storage server generates a plurality of evidence packages based on a first copy of the plurality of sets of extracted data from the one or more devices under analysis. A virtual desktop server generates one or more virtual desktop sessions that interface with one or more analysis workstations and interface with the evidence storage server to access the first copy of the sets of extracted data in the evidence packages. One or more associated work products are stored in the evidence packages based on a forensic analysis of the first copy of the sets of extracted data in the evidence packages. The one or more associated work products are stored with a second copy of the sets of extracted data to an archive system including a plurality of storage arrays.

Abstract: A service enables a command that refers to a file system object using a hierarchical namespace identifier to be executed against the file system object in a flat namespace. The service selectively distributes the command to one of a plurality of name resolution nodes based on a directory name included in the hierarchical namespace identifier. The identified node resolves the directory name to a flat namespace identifier that is used to execute the command against the flat namespace. After communicating with at least one storage node to resolve a directory name, each name resolution node stores a mapping of the directory name to the corresponding flat namespace identifier in a cache, so that subsequent resolutions of that directory name may be performed more efficiently. Cache entries may be invalidated when an operation occurs that impacts the relevant mapping and/or based on system considerations such as cache expiry.

Abstract: A middleware messaging system is connected between user devices and content providers possibly through one or more networks. The middleware messaging system includes a coordination manager for coordinating partial messages transmitted between the user devices and the content providers. Partial messages received by the middleware messaging system from one or more sources through one or more channels. Partial messages that are associated with each other comprise a single context and as such are coordinated and transmitted to one or more destinations through one or more channels.

Abstract: A framework of abstraction of new and existing 5G radios can enhance capabilities of new and existing micro radios and other short range radio technologies to enable intelligent service delivery, dynamic access learning capability, and network slicing over 5G access networks. Enhancing layer communication for both control and user plane can be tunneled through the hosting layer and exploit a common transport provided by the hosting layer. The tunneling through the hosting layer can also enable the enhance capabilities to access the same radio management functions and can be orchestrated by the same core function.

Abstract: One embodiment provides a method, including: receiving, at an aggregate server, messages from each of a plurality of entities, each of the plurality of entities formatting a message sent from a given entity in a message structure corresponding to the given entity; analyzing the received messages, wherein the analyzing comprises identifying the message structure of the message, identifying elements of the message based upon the message structure, and extracting at least one actionable portion of the message based upon the identified elements of the message, wherein the at least one actionable portion comprises a portion of the message corresponding to an interest of an entity associated with the aggregate server, wherein the analyzing comprises discarding portions of the message not related to the interest, wherein the analyzing comprises; and performing an action based upon the at least one actionable portion of the message. Abstract: Techniques are provided for receiving a request to generate a video of a specified resolution based on a plurality of images, and generating, via a file engine, a plurality of transfer units comprising the plurality of images, wherein each of the plurality of transfer units has a size based on the specified resolution and at least one of: (i) a count of the plurality of images or (ii) a size of the plurality of images. The file engine then assigns the plurality of transfer units for parallel processing by a plurality of image processing applications.

The unidirectional workflow includes at least a first node and a second node, where the first node is executed before the second node. A timeout setting of the first node is retrieved. An actual execution time of the first node is determined. A difference between the retrieved timeout setting and the actual execution time of the first node is calculated. A timeout setting of the second node is retrieved. The timeout setting of the second node is modified by adding, to the retrieved timeout setting of the second node, the calculated difference between the retrieved timeout setting and the execution time of the first node.

Abstract: A method for providing optimized BSF PDU session binding discovery response includes maintain a PDU session binding database, subscribing with an NRF to receive notification of changes to NF profiles of PCF instances or NF sets identified in the PDU session binding records, and obtaining, from the NRF, lists of NF profiles for the PCF instances in the NF sets identified in the PDU session binding records. The method further includes receiving, from the NRF and in response to the subscription, at least one notification of changes in at least some of the NF profiles in the NF sets identified in the PDU session binding records. The method further includes receiving a PDU session binding discovery request from a consumer NF and responding to the PDU session binding discovery request using the PDU session binding records, the lists of NF profiles obtained from the NRF, and the notifications of changes in at least some of the NF profiles.

Abstract: A cloud-based server and a port monitor on a device provide authentication of a user to access scanned documents on the server. A scanning device may capture a digital image of a document. The port monitor uploads data for a scanned document to the cloud-based server. Once the data for the document is uploaded, a claim code is generated by the cloud-based server. The port monitor receives the claim code. The port monitor initiates the launch of a browser having a uniform resource locator (URL) address for the server along with the claim code. The user is authenticated using a login page and the claim code associated to the user to allow access to the document on the server.
