The bicycle frame (1) according to the invention has a separate front fork (7) with a head tube (7P) and one or several openable head tube connection parts (5) for openably connecting the front fork (7), and that the openable head tube connection part (5) has an unrotatable connection element (21) for unrotatably connecting the head tube (7P) of the front fork (7) and that the head tube (7P) has a bearing assembly (19) for rotatably connecting the front fork (7) and the head tube (7P) to each other, and that the front fork head tube (7P) is connected to the bearing assembly (19) from the inside.
Abstract: The receiver hitch assembly includes a receiver permanently attached to the towing vehicle and a drawbar removably attached to the receiver. The receiver and the receiver attachment end of the drawbar are oriented vertically, the receiver and its mounting structure being configured for concealment by the rear bumper or other structure of the towing vehicle when the drawbar is removed. The drawbar is configured to clear the rear bumper and/or other structure of the towing vehicle when installed to the receiver. The drawbar is also configured to position the hitch ball at approximately the same level as the center of the receiver when the drawbar is installed. The drawbar may include a longitudinally telescoping center section to allow the hitch ball to be spaced from the structure of the towing vehicle for clearance, load distribution, or other reasons.
Abstract: The present invention relates to a mechanical element, and more particularly, to a crank connected to a bicycle pedal or a handle for rotating a rotary body and to a bicycle using the same. The present invention uses a cylindrical cam, an end cam, or a swash plate cam, and the shafts of these cams and a shaft of a pedal or a handle for applying force are equipped with a miter gear (a bevel gear the number of teeth of which is 1:1 and the shaft angle of which is 90 degrees), such that the crank retracts/extends one time per one rotation of the pedal or the handle.
Abstract: An off-road vehicle is disclosed which comprises a driveline assembly unit operative Iy connecting the propeller shaft to the front or rear wheel assemblies. The driveline assembly unit includes a main housing, a slip clutch torque limiting mechanism, and a wet brake clutch assembly. The slip clutch torque limiting mechanism and the wet brake clutch assembly being housed within the main housing and are coaxial with the propeller shaft of the off-road vehicle. A driveline unit is also disclosed that combines torque limiting and brake functions.

In addition to spring means (6, 8) and a DC motor controller (110) with an acceleration ramp, the damping means (13, 14) is needed to give smooth motion. The handle (1) has rotary cam means (80, 81, 90) to lock it in any position along direction (103), with a 45° rotation either way at any angle.
Abstract: A wheelchair foot support retention assembly and method are provided for preventing misplacement or loss of foot supports that may be removed from a wheelchair to facilitate a user entering or exiting the wheelchair. The assembly includes a wheelchair having a frame and a seat coupled to the frame. A receiver is coupled to the frame of the wheelchair and a foot support is detachably coupled to the receiver for selectively supporting a foot of a user seated on the seat of the wheelchair. A line is provided having a first end and a second end. The first end of the line is coupled to the frame of the wheelchair and the second end of the line is coupled to the foot support.
Abstract: An apparatus and method are described for utilizing internally generated angular momentum for supplementing the propulsion of a mobile spherical vehicle capable of motion by rolling over terrain, thereby enabling such vehicles to climb steeper inclines and overcome larger obstacles. Torque generated by counter-rotating gyroscopes was used to supplement gravity generated torque produced by a pendulum drive propulsion system. Precession torque may be generated along a desired axis by changing the angular momentum of the gyroscopes while leaving its magnitude unaffected.
Abstract: A distribution marketing piece is designed to be adhered to and carried by a substrate and includes a top ply selectively adhered to a liner ply. A transverse line of separation divides the top ply into first and second sections, each section having side strips and the first section having *a central portion and the second section having a center section. Removal of the liner before application of the top ply to the substrate results in removal of the side strips along the second section which are carried with the liner ply; a portion of the liner ply remains adhered **to the first and second sections to connecting them. By folding the liner ply and the connected part of the first and second sections, the first section adheres to the substrate surrounding the center section and the central portion to define a pocket free of adhesive connection to the substrate.
Abstract: A retractable double-sided banner stand has a base, two upright posts, a crossbar, and a single banner with graphic image(s) disposed on both sides of the banner. The base generally includes a housing, two housing end cap assemblies, a single core, and a retracting mechanism. The banner is wound around the core, and the retracting mechanism unwinds and winds the banner with respect to the core. The leading edge of the banner is attached to the crossbar, which is wider than the width of the banner. The banner stand has an erect upright mode for displaying the images(s), and a collapsed mode for transporting the banner stand. In the erect mode, the upright posts are retained in the base by means of a quick-release locking mechanism, the banner extends upwardly from the base, and the crossbar engages with, and is supported by, the upper portion of each of the upright posts.

Neck extension and actuator module designs are provided to implement various head and neck morphologies. Robot control network circuitry is also provided.
Abstract: A trailer alignment apparatus for aligning a trailer with a hitch on a vehicle. The apparatus includes an elongated member having an upper end and an opposite lower end. A light is located on the upper end and a base is locating on the lower end. The base is attachable to a base surface of the vehicle. The elongated member is sized for a portion of the elongated member to be visible when seated on the base surface of the vehicle. The apparatus also includes a contact mechanism for sensing when a portion of the elongated member is touched by the trailer. The light illuminates when the contact mechanism senses the trailer touching the contact mechanism. A driver of the vehicle laterally aligns the elongated member with the trailer and stops the vehicle when the light illuminates.
Abstract: A cargo carrier trailer for movably supporting cargo includes a frame configured to support cargo at the cargo carrier trailer and at least two wheels at each side of the frame. Each of the wheels is rotatably mounted to a respective support arm. The support arms are pivotally mounted to a carriage assembly that is repositionable fore and aft along the frame of the cargo carrier. The support arms are pivotable relative to the carriage assembly and frame to adjust the height and tilt of the frame relative to a support surface. The cargo carrier trailer is readily adapted to position the frame at a lower position for road applications and a raised position for uneven terrain applications. The cargo carrier trailer is adapted to couple to a tow vehicle via a fifth wheel hitch.

Abstract: A collapsible tradeshow display includes curved end panels that provide for easier attachment and eliminate the possibility of dramatic disengagement of the panel from the display. Each end panel has a generally planar body comprised of a resilient material having a tendency to return to a generally flat configuration when in a curved configuration. A pair of side margins extend along opposing vertical sides of the body, each having a bridge portion attached thereto. A connecting means can connect the bridge portions to retain the panel in the curved configuration.
