  • Patent number: 10853430
Abstract: The method and system disclosed herein allow users to make an online query prompting a search bot to communicate with other bots in a bot directory for retrieving suitable content presented to the users. Each bot in the bot directory may retrieve bot content from a bot resources repository, but may also crawl web servers in order to look for supplementary bot content. Similarly, the search bot may analyze the search result and (if the search result is not suitable) retrieve supplementary bot content from bots found in external sources or web crawl in order to supplement the search result with additional information.

  • Patent number: 10824612
Abstract: Novel key ticketing technology includes an example method in which a first request associated with a first object storage operation is received. The first request includes a first timestamp associated with the first object storage operation and a first object identifier identifying a first object associated with the first object storage operation. The method calculates a first inverse timestamp based on the first timestamp, and generates a first object key corresponding to the first object storage operation. The first object key includes at least the first object identifier and the first inverse timestamp. The method further inserts a first entry including the first object key into a key data store at a position relative to other object key entries based on the first object identifier and the first inverse timestamp included in the first object key.

  • Patent number: 10817519
Abstract: A user can issue a query about a process that has a number of stages. A stage of the process is determined using the query and location data associated with the query, and a stage prediction model. A stage learning system can select a sample of query logs for a category from a database of millions or billions of users' queries. Queries can be parsed into keywords. A category can be determined from location information associated with each query and from query keywords. Queries are aligned based on location and, optionally, keywords. TF-IDF values are computed for queries and are used to determine a difference significance between aligned, adjacent queries. If aligned, adjacent queries have a substantially difference in keywords and TF-IDF, then a conversion stage is identified. Content can be presented to the user based on the category, keywords, location, and conversion stage.

  • Patent number: 10810234
Abstract: Methods, systems, and computer program products are provided for processing a request regarding relationships among instances of entities. A graphical representation of instances of entities is generated and includes one or more source nodes, each representing an instance of an input entity of a request, and one or more related nodes, each representing an instance of a second entity related to one or more corresponding instances of the input entity and associated with a corresponding confidence score for the relationship. Each of the one or more related nodes associated with a confidence score satisfying a threshold is identified. One or more supplemental nodes are added to the graphical representation, each of which represents a corresponding instance of a third entity with a relationship to a corresponding instance of the second entity. The graphical representation is traversed to identify relationships between instances of entities and produce results for the request.

  • Patent number: 10789460
Abstract: Methods and Systems for determining a probability of relevance for a new resume. Existing resumes that have a high probability of relevance for a position can be chosen. A vocabulary of words can be built. Each word can be mapped into a vector such that each existing resume can be represented by a sequence of vectors and each sentence and/or paragraph in the resume can be represented by a subsequence of vectors including a subset of the sequence of vectors. Data augmentation, including changing the order of subsequences in order to create additional resumes represented by subsequences, can be applied. A deep neural network can be trained using the subsequences that represent the existing resumes and the subsequences that represent the additional resumes. New resumes can be classified using a trained deep neural network. A relevant resume can be output using the trained deep neural network.

  • Patent number: 10776377
Abstract: Systems and methods are disclosed for generating one or more journey instances from events having raw machine data associated with a timestamp. The system generates a user interface that includes field identifiers associated with the plurality events for selection as one or more pivot identifiers and one or more step identifiers. Based on the one or more pivot identifiers, the system identifies related events that share a common field value, and based on the one or more step identifiers, the system groups the related events into a subset of events. Using the subset of events the system builds a journey instance.

  • Patent number: 10776341
Abstract: A method for quality assurance of filtration processes includes inserting a filter element (24) into a filtration device (14b) in which filter elements (24) can be subjected to integrity tests. The method further includes associating the integrity information with each filter element (24) in a filter element database (16; 34) connected to a shared data network (12) and saving the number of failed integrity tests performed on each filter element (24) as integrity information associated with that filter element. The saved tolerance setting has an auxiliary limit value, which when exceeded in a defined manner by the queried number of failed integrity tests performed on the identified filter element (24), causes a warning message to be sent to a predetermined monitoring unit (20) and the resulting blocking of the selected integrity testing device (14b) is maintained until a release message is received from the predetermined monitoring unit (20).
