Abstract: The invention relates to the use of milk derived, denatured retentate in the preparation of milk-based compositions, which may be aerated or non-aerated, comprise a skimmed mild source, and/or have less than 0.5% w/w fat. The milk derived, denatured retentate allows the formation of microbubbles in an aerated skimmed milk composition, and thus retains certain desirable sensory perception characteristics such as a good mouthfeel and perceived thickness.

Abstract: Hypervisor-independent reference copies of virtual machine payload data based on block-level pseudo-mount infrastructure and techniques are generated and stored in an illustrative data storage management system. An illustrative hypervisor-independent reference copy comprises one or more virtual-machine payload data files that originated from a first virtual machine. The hypervisor-independent virtual-machine-payload reference copy is governed by a distinct reference copy policy that controls retention, storage, tiering, scheduling, etc. for the reference copy, independently of how the illustrative system treats other virtual machine payload data files originating from the same virtual machine.
Abstract: The invention relates to a process for formulating an ice cream wherein a high percentage of the added sugars (from 0% to 20%) is substituted for complex sugar substances known as prebiotics which, after pasteurization, can be partly or totally fermented by probiotic bacteria of the genera Bifidobacterium, Lactobacillus and Streptococcus, or hydrolyzed by enzymes to obtain a partly fermented ice cream with a low sugar content and containing a high number (>106/ml) of live probiotic bacteria. The different prebiotics are used as individual ingredients or in mixtures and in diverse concentrations. The invention also relates to an ice cream comprising a reduced content of added sugars such as sucrose, dextrose, glucose syrup, partly or totally substituted for prebiotics, optionally fermented by probiotics and/or hydrolyzed by enzymes.
Abstract: A low sugar, low cariogenic, low-laxation gelled confection having acceptable texture, stability, clarity, and flavor delivery, that contains a doctoring agent comprising sucromalt, inulin, brown rice syrup, or combinations thereof; erythritol as the bulking sweetener agent; and a gelling agent comprising gelatin, pectin, starch, dextrin, hydrocolloid, milk proteins, or combinations thereof; wherein the doctoring agent to erythritol ratio is 90:10 to 70:30 wt % solids and the gelled confection has consumer acceptable texture, stability, clarity, and flavor delivery.

Abstract: Implementations generally relate to processing similar documents. In some implementations, a method includes receiving a plurality of documents related to e-discovery. The method further includes determining a seed document from the plurality of documents. The method further includes receiving a search request to search at least one selection of text in the seed document. The method further includes identifying other documents from the plurality of documents based on a similarity between text in the other documents and the at least one selection of text in the seed document. The method further includes generating a graphical user interface that includes a similarity panel that provides similarity data between text in the other documents and the at least one selection of text in the seed document.
Abstract: Creamers for whitening food products are provided. The creamers can havelong-term stability, high whitening capacity and a pleasant mouthfeel. In a general embodiment, the present disclosure provides aspray-dried creamer composition comprising added sugar comprising sucrose and/or lactose ranging from 5-30% by weight; milk ranging from 30-60% by weight; fat ranging from 15-40% by weight; wherein said composition is devoid of added emulsifiers and/or buffer-and stabilizing salts. The invention also provides a coffee creamer mix comprising the above creamer composition and coated or compacted coffee, wherein coffee dissolves after the creamer dissolution.

Abstract: In an example, a plurality of user profiles in a social networking service are accessed. A heterogeneous graph structure having a plurality of nodes connected by edges is generated, each node corresponding to a different entity in the social networking service, each edge representing a co-occurrence of entities represented by nodes on each side of the edge in at least one of the user profiles. Weights are calculated for each edge of the heterogeneous graph structure, the weights being based on co-occurrence counts reflecting a number of user profiles in the plurality of user profiles in which corresponding nodes co-occurred. The heterogeneous graph structure is embedded into a d-dimensional space. A machine-learned model is then used to calculate a similarity score between a first node and second node by computing distance between the first node and the second node in the d¬-dimensional space.

Abstract: In various embodiments, a natural language (NL) application implements functionality that enables users to more effectively access various data storage systems based on NL requests. As described, the operations of the NL application are guided by, at least in part, on one or more templates and/or machine-learning models. Advantageously, the templates and/or machine-learning models provide a flexible framework that may be readily tailored to reduce the amount of time and user effort associated with processing NL requests and to increase the overall accuracy of NL application implementations.

Abstract: Embodiments disclosed herein provide systems, methods, and computer readable media for generating a consistent deduplicated snapshot of a distributed database using optimistic deduplication. In a particular embodiment, a method provides, for each node of a plurality of nodes in the distributed database, deduplicating data items stored on the node that are owned by the node and generating a summary that describes a file in which the data items are located. The method further provides identifying from the summaries for each of the nodes whether mistakes occurred during deduplication and, upon identifying one or more mistakes, determining one or more corrections for the one or more mistakes. Also, the method provides generating a consistent deduplicated snapshot for the distributed database comprising the deduplicated data items from each node and the one or more corrections.

Abstract: Many users make use of search engines to locate desired internet content by submitting search queries. For example, a user may search for photos, applications, websites, videos, documents, and/or information regarding people, places, and things. Unfortunately, search engines may provide a plethora of information that a user may be left to sift through to find relevant content. Accordingly, one or more systems and/or techniques for organizing search results are disclosed herein. In particular, user generated content, such as photos, may be retrieved based upon a search query. The user generated content may be grouped into clusters of user generated content having similar features. Search results of the search query may be obtained and organized based upon comparing the search results with the clusters. The organized search results and/or a table of content including the clusters may be presented to provide an enhanced user experience.
