Abstract: An interface is provided for permitting a user to explore a collection of data. The data collection provides nodes as structural elements, and references which are assigned to nodes and hold identifiers of other nodes. Multiple references can be assigned to each node, thus guiding a user of the system to multiple other nodes, and multiple references can hold the same address, so that multiple nodes can have references pointing to the same node. The interface allows visualizing the network created by the interconnection of the nodes on a display region. The interface also allows the user to intuitively navigate along the references in both directions of the references, so that the user can explore which nodes are referenced by a certain node, and also by which nodes a certain node is referenced.

Abstract: Methods and systems for providing content for webpages are disclosed. The disclosed method includes providing a plurality of selections to set webpage personalization settings and receiving a user selection chosen from one of the plurality of selections. The plurality of selections is provided for a graphic user interface to be defined on a webpage. After receiving a request for a second webpage made by a user through a user device, the content for the second webpage is selected based on the received user selection. The content selection for the second webpage includes identifying two or more content modules for presenting on the second webpage and at least one of the identified content modules includes an associated content indicator. The selected content for the second webpage is then forwarded to the user device for display.

The input module to receive a user-selection of tape drives and time ranges over which to calculate utilization data and calculate performance data. The utilization module to calculate utilization data of the selected tape drives over the selected time ranges. The performance module to calculate performance data of the selected tape drives over the selected time ranges. The output module to generate single data points representing output of utilization data and performance data of the respective selected tape drives, and to analyze the data points to determine whether to highlight the data points in a first user-definable display region representing higher utilization and performance tape drives relative to data points in a second user-definable display region representing lower utilization and performance tape drives.

Abstract: A graphical representation of available Storage Area Networks (SANs) and of available hosts is displayed. Storage is provisioned from a selected SAN to a selected host in response to dragging and dropping the graphical representation of the selected SAN into the graphical representation of the selected host. Thus, a drag-and-drop metaphor may be used to facilitate storage provisioning. Related methods, systems and computer program products are disclosed.

Abstract: Disclosed is a method for unlocking a touch screen, including that: an unlocking gesture and a screen transition in unlocking are preset, wherein the screen transition is as follows: a screen is turned along an axis on the screen to produce a visual effect similar to that of pushing open a revolving door, such that a lock screen is turned gradually from the front of the screen to the back of the screen, and an unlocked screen is turned gradually from the back of the screen to the front of the screen; the screen is divided into two or more zones each corresponding to a distinct application; when the screen is unlocked in such a zone, the unlocked screen is an interface of an application corresponding to the zone; and when the screen has to be unlocked, the unlocking gesture is performed on the screen to unlock the screen. With the technical solution, efficiency in unlocking a touch screen and user experience may be improved significantly.

Abstract: A virtual activity space is provided to users. The virtual activity space, or instances of the virtual activity space, may be used to enable users to participate in an activity such as, e.g., a card game. A user may participate in multiple activities concurrently. One of these activities, the so-called primary activity, is more dominantly and/or prominently presented than the other activities, the so-called secondary activities. Navigating between concurrent activities is accomplished through an interface that is displayed at the periphery of a view of a virtual activity space. A selection of a secondary activity simultaneously causes the primary activity to become a secondary activity, and causes the selected activity to become the new and current primary activity.

Abstract: The invention concerns managing information, such as managing evidence that is relevant to multiple legal proceedings. After the item has been received and stored in common database (30) it is automatically duplicated (14) to databases of the pre determined (12) related cases (60,70) and (80). The related cases (60, 70, 80) are able to store information that is specific to the relevant case. Aspects of the invention include a computer system, method, software and user computer generated interfaces for managing evidentiary information items.

A portion of a first container element and a portion of a second container element are rendered within the viewport. Selectable visual representations for a first subset of the plurality of items are rendered in the portion of the first container element. The computing device receives a plurality of inputs from the user, each of the plurality of inputs selecting a visual representation of an item from the plurality of items rendered in the first container element. Responsive to receiving each input from the user, another visual representation of each selected item is rendered in the second container element, indicating that the selected item has been selected.

Abstract: A screen sharing presentation system includes a presenter client system that leads a presentation and listener client systems that follow the presentation. A server facilitates communication between the presenter client system and the listener client systems. Users of the client systems may provide annotation information for the presentation. The annotation data is not visible to other users of other client systems, but is displayed on the respective user's personal views of the presentation. The presenter client system and the listener client systems are synchronized by communicating a current document location or other status indications.

The first-level aggregated test results are aggregated by each of the analytic server instances to produce second-level aggregated test results, which test results may then further aggregated to produce third-level aggregated test results at a data storage instance in real-time.
