    Abstract: A roof railing for motor vehicles which has a tubular rail extending spaced from and substantially parallel to the roof surface along a lateral roof frame. Two supports on the ends of the rail attach the roof railing to the roof of the vehicle. The rail is developed with a bend at each of its end regions. It also has free ends which extend parallel to the surface of the roof and rest on the roof. In the region of each bend, there extends below the rail a support which is fastened to the rail. On its top side, the support has a groove which surrounds a part of the circumference of the rail. Each support is fastened to the roof of the vehicle.

    Abstract: A carrying attachment includes a clamping member and a retaining member. The clamping member includes a lug portion with a flat major surface, and left and right jaw arms which extend from the first lug portion and which are of a dimension sufficient for flexing toward each other. Each of the jaw arms includes a clamping segment that defines an inner clamping wall transverse to the flat major surface, and a first outer wall. The inner clamping walls of the clamping segments of the jaw arms are shaped so as to clamp a constricted part of a container therebetween. A hook end portion extends from the clamping segment and defines an inner wall and a second outer wall which are transverse to the flat major surface and which form deflection junctures with the inner clamping wall and the first outer wall. The hook end portion has a snapping protrusion that extends from the second outer wall in a direction opposite to the inner wall.

    Abstract: An umbrella support device for securing an umbrella in an operative position for a user, comprising a frame securable to the user's back and at least one receptacle for retaining the handle of a conventional umbrella. A fastening system is incorporated in the receptacle, having a pair of arms selectively movable between open and closed positions for enabling the user to insert the handle in the receptacle and secure the handle therein. In a first embodiment, the handles include rigid gripping members extending into the receptacle, which engage the umbrella shaft immediately adjacent the handle upon insertion of the handle into the receptacle. In a second embodiment, the gripping members are replaced with latch bolts having inclined upper surfaces, so that insertion of the handle automatically moves the arms to their open position.

This device changes the position of the backpack in reference to the body through an articulating ratchet device that subsequently changes the physical work that a given muscle group performs on any given terrain. The outer doors open in an opposing manner in relation to each other. This function allows access to all equipment contained therein. The interlocking compartments are easily removed to allow access to less used equipment.

The cushion-flap is made of a double sided nylon neoprene material, preferably, is waterproof and thermal.
