Each inner wall surface having a minimum of two pairs of ribs distributed thereon for retention of a liner. Each of the a minimum of two pairs of ribs has a concave arc with a concave radius of curvature forming a curved portion of the inner wall, and a convex arc. Each of the a minimum if two pairs of ribs has a different overall configuration that facilitates removal, and securing onto, of the cap from/to the container without damage of the ribs and the retention of the liner in the cap.

Abstract: Aspects of the present disclosure include systems, methods, and devices use a controllable matrix filter to selectively obscure regions of an image sensor's field of view. The controllable matrix filter is a physical component that may be placed in front of an image sensor and, in certain situations, one or more regions of the otherwise transparent matrix filter may be selectively configured to have an increased optical density such that the one or more regions become opaque thereby blocking out certain regions of the image sensor's field of view. In this way, the controllable matrix filter may be used to mask out certain regions in an image sensor's field of view that may present processing difficulties for downstream systems that utilize information from the image sensor.

Abstract: The invention is a hollow nipple containing a side-entry tube and aperture that solves the problem of administering fluid medicines to infants or babies by combining the comfort of a common baby bottle, containing accustomed milk or formula, with the use of an industry common, over-the-counter oral medicine syringe by allowing for the syringe to be inserted into the side-entry tube and aperture so that the medicine can mix with the milk or formula and be quickly consumed while the care provider has the option of manually regulating the flow of the medicine into the nipple. The invention therefore avoids the need for administering such fluid medicine directly into the mouth, or even mixing it into the contents of the bottle where the medicine may not be fully or timely consumed. The invention has applications not only with human infants and babies but also in the field of animal care.

Abstract: A bulk loading system for delivering bulk material to a storage compartment of a bulk transport vehicle through a hatch opening includes a movable positioner supporting an extendable loading spout assembly, a camera coupled to the positioner and a programmable logic controller communicatively coupled to the positioner, loading spout assembly and camera for automatically positioning the loading spout assembly over the hatch opening and filling the storage compartment of the vehicle with bulk material. The system provides accurate position information to a driver of the vehicle so that the vehicle and its storage compartments can be quickly positioned within a reach zone of the loading spout.

Abstract: A method includes identifying an image captured by an image capture device set at a first angle about an axis, the image corresponding to a time at which the image was captured, identifying within the image, a region of interest including an object to be used for calibration, determining, an image coordinate at which the object is displayed within the image, determining a camera angle corresponding to a position of the image capture system relative to the axis when the image was captured, identifying a bearing of the object relative to the reference direction, the bearing of the object determined using a geolocation of the image capture system and the time at which the image was captured, and determining, using the image coordinate, the camera angle, and the bearing of the object, an angular offset between the first angle and the reference direction to determine a second angle.

Abstract: Various aspects of the disclosure generally relate to a collapsible storage container with multiple sleeves. In some implementations a two-sleeve variant is described. In some implementations a three-sleeve variant is described. Both variants may be used to contain appropriately sized and shaped objects, for example bread, maps, posters, blueprints, plans, etc.

Abstract: A purse with an integrated and removable phone case includes an attached, but removable, phone case suspended from a purse strap by a chain, cord, or similar mechanism. Cell phone users require immediate, unencumbered access to their phones. Currently available products require the phone user to remove his or her phone from a bag. Phone cases cannot hold many items without becoming too bulky. Small purses have limited storage space and personal devices can take up much of that space. Moreover, carrying a phone case with a strap in addition to a purse with a strap can cause tangling and limit ease of use. An externally available phone case suspended from a strap of a purse allows for immediate access to the cell phone without consuming space within the purse. The suspended phone case may be removed from the purse to allow for separate use of the phone or purse.

The collar includes a peripheral shelf located about the inner wall. The valve is inserted into the collar and includes a flexible gasket over-molded to a rigid baffle to form a single, separable component. The gasket extends from a plate of the baffle and terminates at an outer peripheral edge that engages with the rim of the collar. The baffle secures to the shelf and portions of a perimeter edge of the plate of the baffle abut the inner wall of the collar.

In the region of the convex curvature, the edge surface portion has indentations in the form of furrows.

Abstract: Methods and systems, including computer programs encoded on a storage medium, are described for implementing item monitoring using a doorbell camera. A system generates an input video stream that has image frames corresponding to detection of activity at a property. Timing information is generated for the video stream and includes a timestamp for each image frame of the stream. Using the timing information, the system processes a pre-event image frame that precedes detection of the activity and a post-event image frame that coincides with detection of the activity. An image score is computed with respect to placement of a candidate item at the property in response to processing the pre-event and post-event image frames. The image score is used to determine that a first item was delivered to the property or that a second item was removed after being delivered to the property.
