Abstract: A glass container storing unit in which the bottom section of a conical first glass container is stored is supported on one base of a cylindrical motor storing unit in which a motor stored, with a rotation axis. A second glass container in the shape of a Welsh onion flower is attached to the other base of the motor storing unit. Negatively charged metallic silicon is sealed in the first glass container and second glass container. The pointed section of the first glass container is pressed against a human body by rotating the first glass container with the rotation axis.
Abstract: A single- or multilayer threaded pipe, wherein at least one layer is produced from a polyolefin composition comprising (percentages express on the basis of the sum of components (A) and (B)): (A) 65-90 wt % of a heterophasic polypropylene composition comprising (percentages expressed on the basis of the polypropylene composition): (1) 65-95 wt % of a propylene polymer selected from propylene homopolymer and co- and terpolymers of propylene with a comonomer selected from ethylene, a C4-C10 alpha-olefin and a mixture thereof, said polymer containing 0.1-10 wt % of comonomer units, being insoluble in xylene at 25° C. in an amount over 85 wt %, having a polydispersity index ranging from 4 to 13 and an intrinsic viscosity ([?]1) value of over 2.2 dl/g; and (2) 5-35 wt % of an olefin polymer of ethylene with propylene or a C4-C10 alpha-olefin having an ethylene content ranging from 15 to 85 wt % and an intrinsic viscosity of the fraction soluble in xylene ([?]2) of at least 1.
Abstract: A multilayer laminated film for packages, constituted by a first layer made of plastic material and by at least one second layer made of material chosen among plastic material, metallic material, paper-like material or equivalent materials; each layer is coupled to the adjacent layer by means of an intercalated layer of adhesive material. The multilayer laminated film has, on at least one face of the more rigid layer of plastic material, a plurality of continuous, parallel, side-by-side incisions, which are adapted to facilitate a reduction of the breaking load at right angles to the direction of the incisions. The incisions are obtained by removing material and affect only partially the thickness of the more rigid layer.
Abstract: The invention concerns a multilayer structure based on polyamides, particularly suitable for making tubes or conduits for transporting liquid fluids such as alcohol's, liquid fuels, fuel containing oxygen-containing compounds such as, for example alcohol's or refrigerating fluids. The multilayer structure comprises two superposed layers: at least one internal layer and at least one external layer.
Abstract: A hydraulic brake hose assembly has a core hose layer, a first reinforcing layer over the core hose layer, an intermediate hose layer, a second reinforcing layer over the intermediate hose layer, and an outer hose layer over the second reinforcing layer. The first reinforcing layer has a braid pattern formed in a 4-over, 4-under pattern, and the second reinforcing layer has a braid pattern formed in a 3-over, 3-under pattern.

Abstract: A packaging material for battery cases according to the present invention including a heat resistant resin oriented film layer 2 constituting an outer layer, a thermoplastic resin non-oriented film layer 3 constituting an inner layer, and an aluminum foil layer 4 disposed between both the film layers is characterized in that as the heat resistant resin oriented film, a heat resistant resin oriented film having a shrinkage percentage of 2 to 20% is used. With this packaging material, excellent formability can be secured without coating slip characteristics imparting components and sufficient volumetric energy density can be obtained.

Abstract: Labeled thin-wall containers molded from pre-expanded expandable thermoplastic particles having a label disposed over at least a portion of the outer surface of the container. The particles are coated with a composition that includes at least 2,500 ppm of a salt of a C8 to C32 carboxylic acid based on the weight of the particles. The label has a thickness of from 10 ?m to 1,500 ?m and the sidewall has a thickness of from 0.5 mm to 5 mm. An aqueous beverage at 80° C. does not leak from the container after being left undisturbed for 24 hours and the container has a rim strength of at least 0.54 kg. The containers are made by placing a label against an inner surface of a female portion of a two-part mold; closing the mold to form a mold cavity; filling the mold cavity with the particles; and fusing the particles.

Abstract: The invention provides processes for coating the surface of substrates such as a sheet, film, foam, fiber, etc., with a curable liquid resin or solution of curable resin, then in one embodiment, stably attaching a superabsorbent polymeric powder to such resin, and then curing the resin to form a coated superabsorbent product. Such substrates may include polymeric materials. Other process embodiments utilizing curable and thermoplastic resinous powders may be used instead of curable liquid resins and resulting products are included in the invention. The coated product may be utilized for water and nutrient retention in combination with irrigation, erosion control, to direct plant root growth, and to clean up standing water and petroleum spills.

This air bag may be applicable to a driver's seat, a passenger's seat, and to side impact protection in a vehicle.
Abstract: The multilayer container of the present invention comprises an outermost layer, an innermost layer and at least one intermediate layer interposed between the outermost layer and the innermost layer. Each of the outermost and innermost layers is mainly made of a thermoplastic polyester resin A produced by polymerizing a dicarboxylic acid component comprising 80 mol % or higher of terephthalic acid with a diol component comprising 80 mol % or higher of ethylene glycol. At least one of the intermediate layers is mainly made of a mixed resin B of a polyamide resin C and a polyamide resin D in a mixing ratio of 99.5/0.5 to 80/20 by weight. The polyamide resin C is produced by polymerizing a diamine component comprising 70 mol % or higher of m-xylylenediamine with a dicarboxylic acid component comprising 70 mol % or higher of adipic acid.
