Patent number: 12342221Abstract: Disclosed is a multi-base station queued preambles allocation method based on collaboration between multiple agent, which provides a non-competitive preambles allocation method in a scenario of multiple base stations and multiple cells, so as to solve the congestion problem caused during random access of massive MTCDs. The devices are queued to select the preambles based on deep reinforcement learning, and a training method based on federal learning is applied, thus effectively solving the congestion problem caused by competitive access. First, the newly accessed devices are grouped and the level of priority is set according to a delay tolerance time. Then, the device are reasonably allocated to idle queues by means of a multi-agent reinforcement learning algorithm. Finally, by means of a federal training method, the neural network of each agent is synchronously optimized by means of average optimization of neural network gradients, thus completing preambles allocation to each agent.Type: GrantFiled: July 22, 2022Date of Patent: June 24, 2025Assignee: Nanjing University Of Posts And TelecommunicationsInventors: Jun Sun, Mengzhu Guo, Yin Lu

Patent number: 12328636Abstract: A tracking device can securely communicate with a secondary device by generating a hash value based on the identity of the tracking device. If the secondary device cannot resolve the hash value, the hash value can be provided to a tracking server, such as a cloud server, for resolving the hash value. Upon resolving the hash value, the tracking server can store a location of the tracking device in association with the identity of the tracking device. To preserve power, the secondary device can activate location-detection functionality (such as a GPS receive) only in response to the detection of movement of the tracking device, can obtain location information, and can de-activate the location-detection functionality upon providing the location information to the tracking server. The tracking server can associate one or both of a previous location and the current location information based on movement of the tracking device.Type: GrantFiled: May 14, 2024Date of Patent: June 10, 2025Assignee: Tile, Inc.Inventor: Josselin de la Broise

Patent number: 12192828Abstract: The system obtains a first acyclic graph including multiple nodes and edges connecting the multiple nodes. A process to create a weave of the first acyclic graph produces a matching weave when executed on the first acyclic graph by different computing devices. An addition of a node to the first acyclic graph produces a second acyclic graph. The addition of the node to the first acyclic graph changes the weave of the first acyclic graph. The system obtains a process to reach a global consensus among the multiple computing devices. The process indicates a criterion to satisfy prior to reaching the global consensus and determines whether the multiple computing devices in the network satisfy the criterion. Upon determining that the criterion is satisfied, the system adds a finalize node to the first acyclic graph to obtain a third acyclic graph. A weave of the third acyclic graph cannot change.Type: GrantFiled: January 29, 2024Date of Patent: January 7, 2025Assignee: SpiderOak, Inc.Inventor: Jonathan Andrew Crockett Moore
