Abstract: A method and a system for receiving targeted content are disclosed. In an embodiment, in a mobile device at least a first metadata corresponding to a first content displayed on a digital signage board is received, based on a predetermined action performed by the mobile device. The first metadata comprises at least a location of the digital signage board. A second metadata corresponding to one or more product categories associated with one or more products in vicinity of the digital signage board is determined, based on the location of the digital signage board. One or more user preferences are determined based on the first metadata and the second metadata. The targeted content is received on the mobile device based on the one or more user preferences.

Abstract: Improved systems and methods for extracting product purchase information from electronic messages transmitted between physical network nodes to convey product purchase information to designated recipients. These examples provide a product purchase information extraction service that is able to extract product purchase information from electronic messages with high precision across a wide variety of electronic message formats and thereby solve the practical problems that have arisen as a result of the proliferation of different electronic message formats used by individual merchants and across different merchants and different languages. In this regard, these examples are able to automatically learn the structures and semantics of different message formats, which accelerates the ability to support new message sources, new markets, and different languages.

Abstract: A computing system for encouraging the performance of a task comprises association data, a proxy module, a display module, and a reward module. The association data associates tags with stimuli related to performing tasks. Abstract: A method of consolidating consumer profiles based on mapping an external identifier of a mobile communication device to a mobile network identification by an authentication network element computer. The method comprises receiving, by an advertisement (ad) bidder server computer, an ad bid request with an external consumer identifier and consumer profile information of a mobile communication device, and receiving, by a mobile communication network, a pixel tag request from the mobile communication device with the external consumer identifier embedded in the pixel tag request, wherein the mobile communication network is maintained by a mobile network carrier that maintains the ad bidder. Abstract: According to the embodiments of the invention, methods and apparatuses are used for observing the movements of passengers on transport conveyors and presenting advertisements thereon. Steps on an escalator or other conveyer employ touch screens and/or detectors which determine the brand & style of a shoe placed on the step. An image-forming module projects advertisements and other media content onto a transparent glass surface that is viewable by the passengers. The media content is selectively displayed based on the brand and/or style of passengers' shoes. Passengers may interact with the media content via the touch screen by carrying out gestures with their feet. Passenger interest in certain ads is detectable and may be used for consumer research purposes.
