    Abstract: A vertically arranged water tower system is operated using a long buoyant device that spans upper and lower chambers thru a watertight compressible bellows. Raising the buoyant device by controlling the water level in the water tower creates a void in the lower chamber, equal to the volume of the buoyant device no longer in the lower chamber. The void is created without displacing water in the lower chamber. Water or a buoyant object fills the void from slightly higher level than the lower chamber. After reconnecting the upper and lower chambers, water is extracted and released near the top of the upper chamber and the buoyant device is lowered. Released water is used for energy and power productions and recycled.

The magnets are configured to pass by the Hall sensor, which senses a change in polarity of the magnets. The control circuit is configured to interrupt power to the ignition coil. The method includes sensing a polarity of the magnets; determining if the polarity of the magnets has changed; and sending a signal to the control circuit based on the change in polarity of the magnets, which causes an output interrupting power to the ignition coil.

The mid-air icons, can aide a wheelchair user, when operating a public self driving car, by allowing the car's input icons, to be located near them.

Wherein, a power generator is enabled to generate power to recharge any depleted charge bank and may enable a charging module that expeditiously replenishes respective charge bank depletion. When all charge banks are recharged, the power charging mode is temporarily suspended until a low level is again detected, then the cycle recurs. Thereby, a self-replenishing, continuous, supply of power is available to the user.

The airlock chamber subsequently reintroduces the buoyant object into the buoyancy chamber to return said buoyant object to an elevated position and recycle through the gravity chamber.
