  • Patent number: 11543208
Abstract: A folding stock coupling system for a firearm. An openable/closeable hinge mechanism comprising front and rear hinge elements pivotably mounts the rear stock to the main body of the firearm. The hinge mechanism is selectively movable between a locked condition when the stock is unfolded and inline with the main body for firing, and an unlocked condition when the stock is folded forward and offset from the main body for compact carrying or storage. A manually movable actuating button of the hinge mechanism selectively locks or unlocks the rear to the front hinge members in the locked and unlocked conditions, respectively. Embodiments include a detent mechanism for removably retaining the folded position. An elongated rear mounting extension coupled to the rear hinge member provides a common stock mounting interface compatible for interchanging a plurality of different stocks to the firearm each sharing a common mounting profile.

  • Patent number: 11499795
Abstract: The present folding stock adapter can be used with many types of military-type assault rifles that typically comprise a receiver extension, buffer and action spring. The present folding stock adapter can be used to add a folding capability to a standard stock allowing it to fold against a rifle's receiver when the weapon is not in use, thus reducing the overall length of the weapon. This reduction in length can facilitate its maneuverability, storage and transport in cramped quarters. The present device can also allow for the quick unfolding of the stock in order to allow the weapon to function and fire normally.

  • Patent number: 11493292
Abstract: An improved bolt and bolt carrier with integral gas key having an extension nozzle threadedly secured and pinned to the gas key for use with a direct gas operated firearm is provided. The extension nozzle is designed to receive a portion of the host firearm's gas operating system. The firing pin retaining pin is oriented so as to expose its widest profile to the firing pin's annular flange, increasing its service life. The bolt has a plurality of lugs extending from its forward end. The extractor recess is constructed so that the face of the bolt is round and the adjacent lugs fully supported. The extractor engages approximately 17% more of a seated ammunition cartridge's rim as compared to the prior art AR15/M16 extractor. The result is an improved bolt and bolt carrier which provides for increased operational reliability.

  • Patent number: 11493293
Abstract: A magazine for a firearm comprises a tubular magazine body defining a cavity for holding cartridges, a spring, and a follower biased by the spring for dispensing cartridges from the magazine. A spring base disposed on the body includes a cantilevered resiliently deformable spring arm supporting the spring in one embodiment. The base is held in place by the floor plate. Sliding the floor plate onto the magazine body engages an inclined ramp of the floor plate with spring arm which automatically moves the spring arm from an undeflected to deflected position. When the floor plate is fully coupled to the magazine tube such that the spring arm clears the ramp, the spring arm snaps back to the undeflected position and locks the floor plate in place on the tubular body via interlocked retention features without use of tools.

  • Patent number: 11460264
Abstract: An anti-chop system for mechanical paintball markers includes an optical sensor in the breech that detects presence of a properly seated paintball in the breech for launch. When such a paintball is not detected, a control circuit communicates with an actuatable structure that physically communicates with a paintball marker component that moves as part of the firing and launch of a paintball. For example, such an actuatable structure is a lever arm that communicates with the bolt or trigger to prevent the firing operation of the paintball marker when a paintball is not ready for launch.

  • Patent number: 11454472
Abstract: The no-bullet no-firing structure of the toy gun is disclosed. The toy gun has an impact unit and the no-bullet no-firing structure. The structure has a barrel component, a switch unit and a magazine unit. The switch unit has a pull lever with an abut lever, an elastic member with an elastic arm, and a push member. The magazine unit has a magazine, a bullet and a pulled member. The pulled member is pushed by the bullet to push the abut lever to make the pull lever, the push member and the impact unit be aligned on a same linear line. When no bullet is in the magazine, the abut lever is pushed by the elastic arm to rotate the pull lever pivotally, and the pull lever drives the push member to swing to make the toy gun be unable to fire.

  • Patent number: 11449003
Abstract: A holographic sight comprises a base, a support member attached to the base and extending upward therefrom, and a unitary optical component carrier formed with the support member. The support member is flexible and the unitary optical component carrier moveable in horizontal and vertical directions relative to the base. A bridge is attached to the base and forms an opening into which a portion of the unitary optical component carrier extends. A projection is coupled with the bridge and protrudes into the opening to abut the unitary optical component carrier. Extending the projection into the opening increases pressure applied by the projection to the optical component carrier. The increased pressure causes the unitary optical component carrier to be displaced.
