  • Patent number: 11799748
Abstract: A network computer system operates to mitigate failures for a network service. The network computer system can generate a data path model for the network service, where the data path model identifies a probabilistic set of expectations with respect to the programs and program sequences which handle service requests for the network service. The data path models can be used to detect, analyze or mitigate service request failures of the network service.

  • Patent number: 11792107
Abstract: In a system including a plurality of computing subsystems executing a set of hosted applications, each of the computing subsystems maintains a copy of a common routing matrix defining, for each hosted application, an identifier of a computing subsystem configured to host the application. A first intra-subsystem routing component of a first one of the computing subsystems receives a message; determines a target one of the hosted applications to process the message; identifies, according to the common routing matrix, a second one of the computing subsystems that executes the target hosted application; and in response to the identifying, provides the message and a routing indicator to a first inter-subsystem routing component of the first computing subsystem. The first inter-subsystem routing component the transmits the message to the second computing subsystem.

  • Patent number: 11792210
Abstract: Techniques and systems to provide a more intuitive user overview of events data by mapping unbounded incident scores to a fixed range and aggregating incident scores by different schemes. The system may detect possible malicious incidents associated with events processing on a host device. The events data may be gathered from events detected on the host device. The incident scores for incidents may be determined from the events data. The incident scores may be mapped to bins of a fixed range to highlight the significance of the incident scores. For instance, a first score mapped to a first bin may be insignificant while a second score mapped to a last bin may require urgent review. The incident scores may also be aggregated at different levels (e.g., host device, organization, industry, global, etc.) and at different time intervals to provide insights to the data.

  • Patent number: 11792099
Abstract: A troubleshooting method, a device, and a readable storage medium are provided, to detect a unidirectional fault in a ring Ethernet and provide a fault recovery mechanism after the unidirectional fault occurs. In embodiments of this application, if determining that a link corresponding to a receiving unit of a first port is in a fault status, the first device performs loopback on the first port, and sends a first continuity check message to a second device via the first port. The first continuity check message carries first indication information. The first indication information indicates that a link corresponding to a receiving unit of a port that sends the first indication information is in a fault status.

  • Patent number: 11792246
Abstract: Live performances are coordinated at venues using a host (server) and client (user devices). Scripts for live performances are stored at the host. Each script has roles for playing by users (actors) and has teleprompter text for delivery at a sequence in the live performances. Media elements are associated at the host in the sequence of the teleprompter text for output in the live performances. Once a lobby is created for a live performance at a venue, clients are associated at the host with the roles for the script. The host delivers the teleprompter text for output in real time at the sequence during the live performance with the clients at the venue, and the host delivers the associated media elements for output in the sequence during the live performance at the venue. Each venue can have an associated configuration for media output so the host can deliver the media elements according to the configuration.

  • Patent number: 11784839
Abstract: Systems, devices and processes and described herein to improve the generation of video content in video production systems. In general, the systems, devices and processes facilitate the incorporation of one or more remotely captured video streams into an output video stream for use in video conferencing. Specifically, the systems, devices and processes provide for the use of a dynamically adjustable time clock delay to generate a relatively low latency output video stream suitable for use in video conferencing. The use of dynamically adjustable time clock delay allows one or more input video streams to be generated by one or more remote video capture devices, transmitted to a video access point device, and selectively combined at the video access point device into the output video stream with relatively low latency suitable for video conferencing.

  • Patent number: 11777807
Abstract: A set of identifying elements of a first network is determined from a set of data. For each identifying element of the set of identifying elements, a first frequency at which the identifying element is associated with a first set of systems connected to the first network is determined, and a second frequency at which the identifying element is associated with a second set of systems of other networks accessible via the Internet is determined. It is determined if each identifying element is associated with the first set of systems at a greater frequency than with the second set of systems based, at least in part, on the first frequency and the second frequency. If an identifying element is associated with the first set of systems at a greater frequency than with the second set of systems, the identifying element is indicated as a fingerprint of the first network.

  • Patent number: 11777833
Abstract: A tool for network-based package monitoring and recovery. The tool scans a database to identify a gap in network traffic data. The tool determines whether at least one gap in the network traffic data is identified in the database, wherein the at least one gap is a gap in communication between a target device and a communication serve. Responsive to a determination that at least one gap in the network traffic data is identified, the tool determines a missing package from a package archive. The tool determines whether there is active network traffic between the target device and the communication server. Responsive to a determination that there is active network traffic between the target device and the communication server, the tool replays the missing package in the active network traffic between the target device and the communication server.

  • Patent number: 11770465
Abstract: A first router transmits a first message including information identifying a first set of transport layer protocols supported by the first router. The first router receives a second message including information identifying a second set of transport layer protocols supported by a second router. A common transport layer protocol is selected from a subset of transport layer protocols that are common to the first and second sets of transport layer protocols. The first router then establishes a border gateway protocol (BGP) session with the second router over the common transport layer protocol. The first message is unicast to the second router or broadcast/multicast over a plurality of links to a plurality of routers that includes the second router. In some cases, the common transport layer protocol is selected by the router having a higher priority, based on preferences, or a combination thereof.

  • Patent number: 11765033
Abstract: The present technology provides a framework for user-guided end-to-end automation of network deployment and management, that enables a user to guide the automation process for any kind of network deployment from the ground up, as well as offering network management, visibility, and compliance verification. The disclosed technology accomplishes this by creating a stateful and interactive virtual representation of a fabric using a customizable underlay fabric template instantiated with user-provided parameter values and network topology data computed from one or more connected network devices. A set of expected configurations corresponding to the user-specified underlay and overly fabric policies is then generated for deployment onto the connected network devices.
