  • Patent number: 9302313
Abstract: The structure of a tube expander has a ring and a bearing in the body thereof. An axle goes through the body. A driving head is connected to the axle on the body. The bottom of the axle has a guiding pin and a tapered head. The driving head has an external thread so that it can be rotated into the internal thread of the ring or rotated in the opposite direction out of the internal thread. A compressible elastic element is disposed inside the body and mounted on the axle. The top end of the compressible elastic element urges against the bottom of the ring. The bottom of the compressible elastic element pushes the guiding pin downward so that the external thread becomes idle after being completely rotated out of the internal thread.

  • Patent number: 9259774
Abstract: A first layer is established on a second layer and an induction coil is disposed within induction proximity to the second layer. The induction coil is electrically energized thereby heating the second layer to a target temperature. A die having a die cavity is translated from a first location spaced substantially beyond an induction heating distance from the induction coil to a clamping location adjacent the second layer such that the induction coil surrounds a predetermined location on an external surface of the die. The die is heated by induction between the induction coil and the die while the die is translated toward the clamping location until the die reaches a predetermined die temperature. The induction coil is de-energized after the die has reached the predetermined die temperature. The first layer and the second layer are clamped between a binder and the die.

  • Patent number: 9101974
Abstract: A manufacturing method of an iron-type golf club head has acts of preparing a formed bar-shaped steel substrate, rough-hot forging the bar-shaped steel substrate, mid-hot forging the rough blank, fine-cold forging the mid-blank, cold stamping the striking surface and drilling a hosel of the iron-type golf club head. The cold forging reduces the thermal expansion and contraction of the blank, and the shape of the forged blank is more accurate therefore. As a result, the following grinding processes of the blank are reduced. Therefore, the weight of the blank is more accurate, and the manufacturing time and cost are also reduced. The blank does not have to be heated to high-temperature state prior to cold forging so that the blank can be cooled down faster, and the cost of the heating is reduced.
