Abstract: Media, methods, and systems are disclosed for seamlessly updating a current version of a native application with an updated version of the native application. A data package associated with the updated version is received. Current version window display parameters including a current window display size, a current window display position, and a current window display layer are received. The updated version of the native application is initialized while hidden beneath the current window display layer and continuously adjusted so that any viewable portion of the updated version of the native application remains hidden by the current version. Finally, the current version is terminated, thereby visibly replacing the current version of the native application without interrupting a seamless user experience.

Abstract: Disclosed are a control method and a control apparatus of vehicle infotainment, which use a camera monitoring a vehicle's interior, and a display providing a GUI of infotainment apparatuses. A processor obtains a monitoring image through the camera, displays a first GUI on the display in response to a first object motion detected in a first interest region which has been set beforehand in the monitoring image, and display a second GUI on the display in response to a second object motion detected in a second interest region which has been set beforehand in the monitoring image and which is separated from the first interest region. One or more of an autonomous vehicle, a user terminal and a server of the present invention can be associated with artificial intelligence modules, drones (unmanned aerial vehicles (UAVs)), robots, augmented reality (AR) devices, virtual reality (VR) devices, devices related to 5G service, etc.

Abstract: Systems and methods are provided for customizing user interface controls around a cursor. One example method includes receiving, at a computing device, a request to display an indicator menu and identifying at least one user interface element of a program being executed at the computing device. An interaction frequency for each identified user interface element is generated. In response to the request and for each identified user interface element, a spatial relationship between an indicator of the computing device and the identified user interface element is determined. Based on the interaction frequency value and the determined spatial relationship, an element set comprising one or more of the identified user interface elements is generated. The indicator menu comprising at least a portion of the element set is generated for display. The indicator menu is displayed proximate the indicator on a display of the computing device.

Abstract: The techniques described herein improve an item (e.g., photo) sharing experience on mobile devices. In one embodiment, an application presents items in a stacked configuration and receives swipe-based touch gestures that reflect user intent with regard to whether or not a photo is to be shared to a network destination. After a directional swipe occurs on the top-most item, the next item in the stacked configuration is displayed for a next directional swipe. This process is repeated until all the items in the stacked configuration have been displayed to the user. In another embodiment, the application receives a continuous user gesture that traverses a set of photos laid out in a grid configuration. When performing the continuous user gesture, whether or not the user pauses on a photo reflects a user intent with regard to whether or not the photo is to be shared to a network destination.

Abstract: A system may include haptic output devices such as ultrasonic haptic output components that generate ultrasonic sound waves. The ultrasonic sound waves may be directed towards a user to provide haptic output. The haptic output devices may be used in a system that includes one or more electronic devices. Control circuitry may control the haptic output devices based on sensor data indicating where the user is located and/or based on what is being displayed for a user on a display. Ultrasonic haptic output may be used to simulate contact with a virtual object, to simulate rain, to simulate a breeze, and/or to simulate other sensations in a mixed reality or virtual reality environment. The ultrasonic haptic output components may be stand-alone devices or may be mounted in a head-mounted display, a gaming base station, a handheld controller, a finger-mounted device, or other electronic equipment.

Abstract: An information processing device includes a processor configured to cause a display to display posts to a conversation space created for a conversation group. In response to a user operation, the processor is configured to determine a set of a first post of the posts and one or more second posts of the posts based upon the user operation, extract the first post and the one or more second posts, and cause the display to display only the extracted posts among the posts, where each of the one or more second posts is a post identified as a reply directed to the first post.
