Abstract: A base station apparatus installed by a general user, wherein a cell ID can be easily set in cases when setting of a cell ID is necessary. In this apparatus, a DHCP message reception unit (105) receives a DHCPACK message from a DHCP server. An IP address extraction unit (107) extracts an IP address stored in the IP address field of the DHCPACK message. A cell ID determining unit (108) sets a unique cell ID for this base station apparatus based on the IP address extracted by the IP address extraction unit (107).

  • Patent number: 10320667
Abstract: The present document discloses a notification method and device and an acquisition device for a MAC address of ESADI. The method includes: a RB issuing a MAC address which is reachable natively by the RB via a LSP of the ESADI; and Step 204: the RB notifying multiple RBs which correspond to the MAC address and belong to the same MC-LAG by way of a MAC-Reachability TLV extension of the LSP. The present document solves the problem in the related technology that the RB is unable to notify the remote RB of native multi-chassis RB IDs when accessing the TRILL network by a multi-chassis access, so that the remote RB can acquire which RBs belong to the same MC-LAG, thereby improving the flexibility of the processing manner.

  • Patent number: 10305648
Abstract: The present invention relates to a method for transmitting a backhaul sub frame channel of a base station in a wireless communication system. The method for transmitting a backhaul sub frame channel according to one embodiment of the present invention comprises: creating a downlink relay control channel by coding downlink relay control information that is transmitted to a relay; allocating the created downlink relay control channel to a first slot of a semi-static resource region that is allocated to the relay; and transmitting, to the relay, a backhaul sub frame to which the channel is allocated. Compared to existing control channel transmission techniques, the present invention can minimize overheads. Moreover, the present invention also reduces control channel resources required during retransmission and for the transmission of multiple backhaul subframes.

  • Patent number: 10212188
Abstract: A system includes a processing node configured to send authorized inbound messages to registered enterprise networks. An authorized message is a message that includes trusted source indicia. Trusted source indicia indicates that the message was sent by one or more of the processing node or an authenticated message transfer node associated with one of the registered enterprise networks. The system may further include an administration node configured to maintain registration of a plurality of message transfer nodes associated with the enterprise networks. A method includes receiving outbound messages from an authenticated message transfer node of an enterprise network, screening the messages for threats to determine whether to send the messages to associated recipients, applying a first message identifier to each message, wherein the first message identifier can be used to track the message and, for each message, sending the message to the associated recipient if no threats are detected in the message.

  • Patent number: 10171889
Abstract: A method and network element for implementing a virtual PBX feature for a customer associated with a plurality of endpoints. The method comprises receiving information regarding a call. Based on the information regarding the call, it is determined if the call is an external inbound call or an internal call that identifies a particular one of the endpoints. Responsive to determining that the call is an external inbound call, the call is caused to be routed to the plurality of endpoints associated with the customer, while responsive to determining that the call is an internal call that identifies a particular one of the endpoints, the call is caused to be routed to the particular one of the endpoints. This allows members of a small business or household to share a common external subscriber line, while also allowing the members to reach one another with ease.

  • Patent number: 9379844
Abstract: A base station is provided. The base station includes transmit path circuitry that generates an uplink grant using an uplink multiple-input multiple-output (MIMO) downlink control information (DCI) format. The uplink MIMO DCI format includes a modulation and coding scheme (MSC) field having an MCS value for each of two transport blocks. The transmit path circuitry transmits the uplink grant to a subscriber station. For a given transport block, a combination of the MCS value corresponding to the transport block and a number positive integer of physical resource blocks allocated to the subscriber station (N_PRB) indicates whether the transport block is disabled.

  • Patent number: 8156208
Abstract: A service repository is used to store at least one service in association with service metadata describing service requirements of the service. The service repository also may store one or more platform-specific service executables. A service mapper is used to determine device metadata associated with each of a plurality of devices, where the device metadata provides device characteristics of the devices. The service mapper may thus map the service to a selected device of the plurality of devices for deployment thereon, based on a matching of corresponding elements of the service requirements and the device characteristics. The service mapper also may re-map the service between devices to maintain a quality and reliability of the service.

  • Patent number: 8001255
Abstract: System, method and program for transferring same files from a first computer to a plurality of second computers. Respective measures of file transfer rates from the first computer to the second computers are determined. Based on the respective measures of file transfer rates from the first computer to the second computers, determinations are made as to respective numbers of sockets within the first computer to transfer the files to the second computers to tend to equalize the time required to transfer the files from the first computer to each of the second computers. The files are transferred to each of the second computers using the determined number of sockets, wherein for each of the second computers where the number of sockets is greater than one, the files are divided between the number of sockets for transfer to the respective second computer.
