  • Patent number: 11757548
Abstract: A transmission apparatus recognition apparatus includes a receiver configured to receives a signal wirelessly transmitted from a transmission apparatus, a signal region detector, a feature extractor, and a recognizer. The signal region detector generates a spectrogram from a received signal received by the receiver, and detects a signal region parameter indicating a specific signal region based on the spectrogram. The feature extractor converts the received signal based on a signal conversion parameter according to the signal region parameter, and extracts a feature from the converted signal. The recognizer calculates a degree of similarity based on the extracted feature and a feature stored in advance, and recognizes the transmission apparatus based on the degree of similarity. The transmission apparatus recognition apparatus adjusts the signal region parameter based on a recognition accuracy of the recognizer.

  • Patent number: 11751166
Abstract: Methods, systems, and devices for wireless communication are described. A base station may use quasi co-located antenna ports for transmission of synchronization signal(s)/reference signal(s) and paging signals. For example, the base station may use a first antenna port configuration for transmission of the synchronization/reference signal(s) and a second antenna port configuration for transmission of the paging signal (e.g., paging indicator, paging message, etc.). The base station may transmit an indication of the quasi co-located antenna ports. A user equipment (UE) may receive the synchronization signal and, based on the antenna ports being quasi co-located, receive the paging signal. In some examples, the UE may determine which receive beam to use to receive the paging signal based on the antenna ports being quasi co-located. In some aspects, the UE may use a reference signal transmitted on antenna ports that are quasi co-located with the paging signal antenna ports.

  • Patent number: 11683266
Abstract: A system includes a host processor, which has a host memory and is coupled to store data in a non-volatile memory in accordance with a storage protocol. A network interface controller (NIC) receives data packets conveyed over a packet communication network from peer computers containing, in payloads of the data packets, data records that encode data in accordance with the storage protocol for storage in the non-volatile memory. The NIC processes the data records in the data packets that are received in order in each flow from a peer computer and extracts and writes the data to the host memory, and when a data packet arrives out of order, writes the data packet to the host memory without extracting the data and processes the data packets in the flow so as to recover context information for use in processing the data records in subsequent data packets in the flow.

  • Patent number: 11677874
Abstract: A device for providing a communication service is provided. The device receives an address for establishing a communication session. Environmental data from an environment of the device is collected. The device determines whether the address corresponds to a communication recipient for which the environmental data is to be sent to supplement the communication session. A request for the communication session is placed based on the address, and the communication session is established upon answer of the request. The environmental data is sent over the wireless network and to the communication recipient after establishing the communication session with the communication recipient and determining that the address corresponds to the communication recipient for which the environmental data is to be sent to supplement the communication service.
