    Abstract: The invention relates to an air cargo container with an interior space limited by a wall and sealed against the exterior for avoiding an entry of fluid. The wall comprises a first operating configuration wherein said interior space limited by the wall has a first volume VI1. Furthermore, in case of a fire the wall is deformed into a second operating configuration wherein said interior space limited by the wall comprises a second volume VI2 being smaller than the first volume VI1. A check valve blocks fluid from streaming from the exterior into the interior space but opens for a stream from the interior space to the exterior. An actuation means for changing the operating configuration in case of a fire automatically transfers the wall from the first operating configuration into the second operating configuration. During this transfer fluid is pushed from said interior space via the check valve to the exterior.

    Abstract: A filler neck for the fuel tank of a motor vehicle has a funnel insert having a lockable flap with a lock, which is held by two elements which can each be pivoted about a pin. The flap is released only when both elements are pivoted to one side simultaneously by the filler tube of a gas pump nozzle. In order to open the flap with minimal actuating forces, the first element can be pivoted about a first pin and holds the hinge pin for the flap on its end far from the first pin, and the second element can be pivoted about a second pin and forms a locking hook. The two pins have a spatial distance from one another in the transverse direction and the two elements are loaded with respect to one another by at least one spring.

The lid includes a closure surface that slides generally along a plane of the sealing flange when the lid slides on the guide rails, and the closure surface also moves in a direction transverse to the plane defined by the sealing flange simultaneous to this sliding movement. The sliding movement of the lid enables an operator to grasp the handle and control the lid movement over the full range of lid movement, while the transverse movement of the closure surface avoids stiction forces from preventing sliding movement.
