Abstract: The disclosure relates to a communication technique for combining an IoT technology with a 5G communication system for supporting a higher data transmission rate than a 4G system, and a system therefor. The disclosure can be applied to intelligent services (e.g., smart homes, smart buildings, smart cities, smart cars or connected cars, health care, digital education, retail businesses, security and safety related services, etc.) based on 5G communication technologies and IoT-related technologies. Abstract: A user equipment (UE) may ascertain an incapability of the network to process a pending uplink signal based on a registration acceptance message from the network. For instance, a registration acceptance message from the network, that may indicate the network is not capable of processing the pending uplink signal service. Accordingly, upon ascertaining the incapability of the network to process the pending uplink signal, the UE may release a connection (e.g., a N1 Non-Access Stratum (NAS) signaling connection) between the UE and the network, where the connection is based on camping of the UE at a cell corresponding to the radio access network (RAN) (e.g., the NG-RAN) of the network. Alternatively, the UE may initiate one of an implementation dependent timer and a release timer (e.g., a T3540 timer) to release the connection (e.g., to release the N1 NAS signaling connection).

Abstract: Certain example embodiments provide systems, methods, apparatuses, and computer program products for a handover of a coordinated multi-point connection. For example, certain embodiment may transfer a first coordinated multi-point connection (e.g., a further enhanced multiple input multiple output (FeMIMO) connection) to a second coordinated multi-point connection where the network may instruct the UE to not perform at least one random access procedure. The first coordinated multi-point connection may be controlled by a first cell (the serving cell) where the UE is ready to receive from and transmit to a first set of cells that comprises the serving cell and one or more non-serving cells. After handover, the second coordinated multi-point connection may be controlled by a previous non-serving cell, and the UE may be ready to receive from and transmit to a second set of cells that comprises the previous non-serving cell.

Abstract: Methods, systems, and devices for wireless communications are described for relayed sidelink communications in which a set of relays receives a groupcast sidelink communication from a source and relay the communication to a destination using cooperative multiple-input multiple-output (MIMO) techniques. A source, such as a source user equipment (UE), may reserve resources for the groupcast sidelink communication and the cooperative MIMO transmissions, and may transmit a resource reservation message with an indication of the reserved resources. The resource reservation message may be transmitted in a sidelink control information transmission, in a medium access control message, or any combinations thereof. In the event of a collision in reserved resources of multiple different sources, the sources or relays may determine a priority of each communication and transmit a selected communication based on the priority determination.

In an embodiment, a method for providing network connectivity involves receiving from a Mobile Network Operator (MNO) an access ID and an IP address at a SASE domain, wherein the access ID and the IP address correspond to a wireless device, generating an IP address-to-tenant mapping at the SASE domain by applying the access ID and the IP address to an access ID-to-tenant mapping, and forwarding traffic received at the SASE domain from the wireless device via the MNO according to the IP address-to-tenant mapping.

Abstract: Virtual application and desktop delivery may be optimized by supplying application metadata and user intent to the device between a client and a server hosting resources for the delivery. The data packets used to deliver the virtual application or desktop may be also tagged with references to the application. By supplying the metadata and tagging packets with the metadata, an intermediary network device may provide streams of data packets at the target QoS. In addition, the device may apply network resource allocation rules (e.g., firewalls and QoS configuration) for redirected content retrieved by the client out of band relative to a virtual channel such as the Internet. The network resource allocation rules may differ for different types of resources accessed. The device may also control a delivery agent on the server to modify communication sessions established through the virtual channels based on network conditions.

Abstract: Accordingly, Example embodiments herein disclose a method for supporting a user equipment (UE) accessing one or more closed access group (CAG) cells via a radio access network. Abstract: Methods, systems, and devices for wireless communications are described. A transmitting user equipment (UE) such as a vehicle may identify data for transmission and transmit a request message to one or more receiving UEs (e.g., other vehicles). The request message may be associated with a first priority. The transmitting UE may monitor resources for a response message. The response message may be associated with a second priority. If the transmitting UE receives a response message, the transmitting UE may determine whether to transmit the data based on a comparison of the priorities of the request message and the response message. In some cases, the transmitting UE may transmit the data if the transmitting UE does not receive any response message. A receiving UE may receive the request message and determine whether to transmit a response message based on the priority and/or the receive power of the request message.
