A discharge channel is formed in the dispenser head, and the dispenser head has a head cover and the outlet valve has a clamped, flexible annular part. A projecting structure of the head cover directed towards the pump chamber serves to retain the annular part. The dispenser can also have two storage spaces and two pump chambers and two dispenser heads which can be actuated independently of each other in order to discharge the composition.
