Abstract: A finishing head for attachment to a viscous material dispense includes an adapter having an inlet attachable to the viscous material dispenser and defining a first axis, and an outlet defining a second axis perpendicular to the first axis. The finishing head further includes a finisher body having a cavity and an opening in a bottom face thereof, and a hollow pivot pivotably coupling the adapter to the finisher body about the second axis. The cavity of the finisher body is in fluid communication with the adapter outlet via the hollow pivot such that viscous material discharged from the adapter outlet passes through the hollow pivot before being discharged from the opening of the finisher body.

Abstract: The system described herein employs electronic technology to improve the ability to dispense liquid from a container. The container can be programmed to dispense a specific amount of liquid, at a specific time. It can be voice-activated and connected to other electrical components such as a laptop or alarm system. The system may be used in laboratory equipment, medicine bottles, and food processors, although alternate methods may also be used.

Abstract: The water dispensing system for furniture includes a water dispensing system that is built into or attached onto an item of furniture. Water is stored within a reservoir within a water system housing and may be pumped through a filter to one of two retractable hoses. Optionally, the water is provided via a water line that connects to plumbing of a respective building in which the item of furniture is located. At least one retractable hose is provided, and includes a mouthpiece. When the at least one retractable hose is released, said hose is pulled back into the item of furniture to stay out of the way. When not in use, the retractable hoses are wound around spring-loaded reels.

Abstract: A gel foundation container including a pump, the gel foundation container further including content discharge grooves radially formed on a distribution plate; second control protrusions, which are formed inside the content discharge grooves, for controlling the flow of content; a discharge plate formed at the upper end of the distribution plate; and content discharge holes radially formed at the discharge plate at the same position as the content discharge grooves of the distribution plate, wherein the content discharge holes are formed so as to gradually become larger outwardly from the center of the discharge plate, and thus gel foundation is equally discharged in the same amount onto the entire discharge plate when being pumped.

Abstract: A mixing and dispensing apparatus, including a first container (for containing a first substance), a second container (for containing a second substance), and a tube system (that combines the first and second substances into one combined substance and mixes and dispenses the combined substance). Notably, a fluid-impermeable enclosure encloses the first container, the second container, and the tube system. Therefore, instead of performing the time-consuming process of formulating alcohol (used to decontaminate surfaces in clean room environments) to desired levels and filter-sterilizing it in the clean room environment, the claimed apparatus can be pre-filled off-site, sterilized, shipped to the destination, remain sterilized during shipment, and be used to combine (and mix and dispense) the substances on site.

Abstract: The toothpaste cap with dental care tools includes a cap for sealing an open end of a squeezable tube dispenser. The cap is formed as a hollow body having a closed upper end and an open lower end. A cylindrical retaining member is mounted, substantially centrally, to a lower face of the closed upper end within the hollow body. The cylindrical retaining member is adapted for releasably receiving and sealing a spout of a squeezable tube dispenser. The cap can have a first sidewall having a flat planar contour and a second sidewall having an arcuate contour. The flat, planar first sidewall of the hollow body is adapted for pressing against the squeezable tube dispenser to selectively manually manipulate contents thereof. Alternatively, the cap can have a substantially cylindrical sidewall and a squeezing member attached to an exterior surface thereof.

Abstract: An applied liquid applicator for discharging applied liquid by turning of an operating portion provided to a barrel main body achieves improved filling efficiency of the applied liquid stored in the barrel main body with respect to an inside capacity of the barrel main body. The applied liquid is fed to the applicator portion through the first valve and the applied liquid feed path by turning the operating portion and sliding the piston in the front-back direction by use of the cam mechanism portion.

The pen holding device includes a casing having an electronic pen holder that is configured to hold the electronic pen in an erect state or a laid state, and at least one refill core holder which is provided inside the casing and is configured to grasp a second core, which is a refill core for the electronic pen, in a direction different from a longitudinal direction of the electronic pen when the electronic pen is held in the erect state.

Abstract: The present invention provides a system for use in dispensing a liquid comprising a container, for example a box (1), for housing a flexible bag (5), the flexible bag having a bag wall with an interior surface for storing the liquid. A spout (6) disposed through the bag wall for dispensing liquid from the bag. The container comprises a tear-off portion (4) positioned near the base of the container to provide an opening (7) to allow the spout project from the container, and allow the bag to be substantially pulled out of the container, so that the spout projects substantially under the base level of said container in use. In a further embodiment there is provided a refrigerated housing for the inventive container for dispensing a liquid.

Abstract: A beverage supplying device includes a touch panel for receiving an operation for selecting a main syrup constituting a main beverage, and a topping syrup added as flavoring to the main beverage. The device further includes a second syrup solenoid valve for opening and closing a passage for supplying the topping syrup that is stored under pressure in a syrup tank and a second syrup pump for intermittently supplying the topping syrup while the second syrup solenoid valve is open, the second syrup pump being provided to the passage for supplying the topping syrup between the syrup tank and the second syrup solenoid valve. The device further includes a nozzle for producing the main beverage by mixing the main syrup with water or carbonated water at a prescribed ratio, and producing a beverage by mixing the topping syrup with the main beverage without diluting the topping syrup.

Preferably, the supply device further includes an axial reset mechanism and a circumferential reset mechanism.

The cartridge body comprises a chamber and a feed aperture extending through a surface of the cartridge body to the chamber. A fluid shaft extends through the cartridge body along the axis. The fluid shaft has an inlet port positioned in the chamber of the cartridge body. One of the cartridge body and the fluid shaft is attached to the pump housing and is fixed relative to the pump housing. The other of the cartridge body and the fluid shaft moves relative to the one of the cartridge body and the fluid shaft to change a position of the inlet port relative to the feed aperture during a dispensing operation.

Abstract: A dual component insert for use with a spray actuator for dispensing a pressurized product. The dual component insert comprises a support insert and an insert disk. The support insert includes a base wall which has a support discharge orifice formed therein and a cylindrical wall is formed integral with and extends from the base wall so as to define an insert cavity. The insert disk has a disk discharge orifice, a diameter of the disk discharge orifice is smaller than a diameter of the support discharge orifice, and the insert disk is received and captively retained within the insert cavity so that the disk discharge orifice is axially aligned with the support discharge orifice. The insert disk is manufactured from a relatively thin durable material which facilitates fabrication of a consistent, accurate, uniform and well defined small diameter discharge orifice which results in dispensing a fine mist spray.

Abstract: A beverage preparation system for making hot or cold beverages includes a beverage dispenser which comprises an electromagnet and a control unit for controlling the electromagnet. The system further comprises a new disposable container for beverage ingredients, which comprises a magnetically actuated dispensing means having an anchor that is movable between an open and a closed position. When the anchor opens the dispensing means in the open position, a continuous flow of beverage ingredients from the reservoir through and from the dispensing means occurs.

Abstract: A discharge head for a dispenser including a base and an applicator mounted movably thereon. The base is fitted onto a liquid reservoir or is rigidly integrated on a liquid reservoir. The applicator includes a discharge opening through which liquid is released into an environment. The discharge head includes a pump mechanism or a valve mechanism arranged in a liquid channel connecting the liquid reservoir to the discharge opening. The pump mechanism is actuated by displacement of the applicator relative to the base, or the valve mechanism is opened and closed by displacement of the applicator relative to the base. The discharge head includes a cap unit with a cap for covering the discharge opening and a separate securing portion mounted securely on the base or the applicator via a securing mechanism and is designed to secure the cap releasably.

It also has a discharging configuration in which the outlet (112; 212) is open and the metering chamber (120; 220) is configured to contract to its contracted configuration while expelling the received product through the outlet (112; 212), thereby dispensing a metered dose of product. The dispensing device further comprises a latch mechanism (140; 240), configured to retain the dispensing device in the charging configuration until the metering chamber (120; 220) attains its expanded configuration. The method comprises actuating an actuator (130; 230) of the dispensing device, to fill the metering chamber, and releasing the actuator to dispense the metered dose of product.

Abstract: A dispensing unit having a circulation system for circulating a fluid in the dispensing unit is provided. The circulation system comprises, a circulation circuit, and a mechanism configured to circulate the fluid in the circulation circuit. By circulating the fluid, the fluid is counteracted from crystallizing. A method for circulating a fluid in a dispensing unit is also provided.
