Abstract: Entities may reference ledgers in order to better understand a historic use and/or status of an account. For example, a user may track historic spending or received payments based on referencing a ledger, or an enterprise may check a balance of an account for a user based on a ledger. However, the utility of ledgers in estimating an amount of funds available for a user's use is limited. Embodiments of a financial analyzer as described herein may provide entities with estimations of finances that include contributions from one or multiple income sources, including irregular sources. Some embodiments may provide recommendations to customers to meet needs based on a financial estimation.

Abstract: A computing device is associated with a retail store. As a customer scans his/her items for purchase, images of a bag containing the items are captured and sent to the computing device to be digitally processed. Based on the processing, the computing device identifies the item(s) the customer intends to purchase, and determines whether there are any other items in the container that are different from the first item. If so, the computing device outputs a signal indicating the presence of the second item in the container.

Abstract: A transaction system includes a commodity registration machine and a check-out machine. The commodity registration machine includes an input device and a processor. The processor determines whether or not whether or not a predetermined condition for permitting check-out processing at the commodity registration machine is satisfied. The processor enables the input device to accept selection of either one of the check-out processing at the commodity registration machine or the check-out processing at the check-out machine if it is determined that the predetermined condition is satisfied.

Abstract: A system for receiving cash deposits at a point of sale includes a processor; a product inventory database; a communication interface; a product inventory item reader; and a purchase instrument reader. The processor is configured to receive a product code from the product inventory item reader; access the product inventory database to recognize the product code as a deposit product code; receive signals indicating an amount of a deposit associated with the deposit product code; receive signals from the purchase instrument reader identifying an account for the deposit; and send signals to a transaction processing network via the communication interface to thereby effect the deposit of the amount into the account.

Abstract: Embodiments of the present disclosure include systems, methods, and devices for generating a shipment order based on wireless tracker information. Embodiments may include a computer server that stores a shipment origin for a shipment. Further, embodiments include a wireless tracker associated with the shipment that determines first current location(s) for the wireless tracker using a global positioning system (GPS) and sends the first current location(s) of the wireless tracker to the computer server. In addition, the computer server may receive the first current location(s) from the wireless tracker as well as determine whether the one of the first current locations is outside a shipment origin geo-zone. Moreover, embodiments may determine one or more shipment destinations based on the shipment origin, one of the first current locations, and a predefined list of shipment locations and generate a shipment order based on the one or more shipment destinations and shipment origin.

Abstract: A heuristic money laundering detection engine includes capabilities to collect an unstructured data set, such as a transaction record, and detect indications of money laundering activity. By detecting money laundering activity and feeding back indications of money laundering transactions, the heuristic algorithm may continue to learn and improve detection accuracy. Such indications may include correlations to sets of transaction activity among a number of financial accounts and past indications of money laundering activity. Indications of money laundering may allow generation of audit reports for reporting to regulatory authorities.

Abstract: A computing system, includes: a non-transitory memory; processors coupled to the non-transitory memory and configured to execute instructions to perform operations including: detecting a vehicle at a first location, executing instructions local to the first location by one or more edge processors to determine vehicle specific parameters that identify the vehicle; determining the vehicle is associated with a user account stored in a computerized vehicle management system; in response to the determining that the vehicle is associated with the user account, and transmitting instruction to a first display at the first location to present a user-tailored menu generated by using the edge processors to access a machine learning computer model based on data obtaining from the user account.

Abstract: A pervasive advisor for major purchases and other expenditures may detect that a customer is contemplating a major purchase (e.g., through active listening). The advisor may assist the customer with the timing and manner of making the purchase in a way that is financially sensible in view of the customer's financial situation. A customer may be provided with dynamically-updated information in response to recent actions that may affect an approved loan amount and/or interest rate. Underwriting of a loan may be triggered based on the geo-location of the user. Financial advice may be provided to customers to help them meet their goals using information obtained from third party sources, such as purchase options based on particular goals. The pervasive advisor may thus intervene to assist with budgeting, financing, and timing of major expenditures based on the customer's location and on the customer's unique and changing circumstances.

The system and methods described herein allow a computing facility to identify an item and receive resource information related to the item and the digital rules applicable to the item.

Abstract: A point-of-sale (POS) system and a data analytic platform provides receipt modification. The POS system has a receipt monitor intercepting receipt data from a POS till. The receipt monitor modifies the receipt data to produce modified receipt data and the receipt monitor transmits the modified receipt data to a receipt printer. A data processing server may receive the receipt from the receipt monitor. The server structures the receipt data, extracts one or more attributes, and may provide modified receipt data to the receipt monitor.

Abstract: Certain aspects of the present disclosure provide techniques for processing transactions in a computing system. An example method generally includes receiving a request to perform an operation with respect to an object included in the request. A system identifies an archetype defining properties of the object included in the request. Based on the identified archetype, the system identifies data repositories to commit data to in order to perform the requested operation and rules for performing the operation with respect to the object. One or more actions are executed against the identified data repositories according to the identified rules.

Abstract: A system and method includes soft-segment based rules optimization that can mitigate the overall false positives while maintaining 100% true positive detection. The soft clustering allows real-time re-assignment of an account to a dominate archetype behavior, as well as rule optimization based on a logical order with more relaxation on thresholds for the most inefficient rules is performed within each archetype. The rule optimization provides false positive reduction compared to a baseline rule system. The method can be used to reduce false positives for any rule-based detection system in which the same true positive detection is required.

Abstract: A virtual put wall system includes a storage apparatus with multiple containers, and different container identifiers attached to the containers. The system includes databases storing a first mapping that maps each customer order of a plurality of customer orders to a different container, a second mapping that maps each container to a different container identifier attached to that container, and a different visual identifier of each container. The computer receives a product class representing a product in a supply chain network including one or more supply chain entities and generates one or more new products for the product class using one or more automatically generated templates including a graphical representation of an exemplary product using a first smart product attribute value, the first smart product attribute value defined by a quantifiable measurement of a product attribute. The computer further causes items to be transported among the one or more supply chain entities to restock the inventory of the one or more items of the product class according to the current state of items in the supply chain network and the one or more new products.

Abstract: Methods and apparatus for partitioned private interconnects to provider networks are described. At least a portion of available bandwidth of a private physical interconnect between a provider network and a connectivity intermediary's network is designated as the bandwidth limit of an interconnect partition set up on behalf of a customer at the request of the intermediary. The intermediary's network comprises one or more devices to which at least one of the customer's devices is connected. Access to one or more resources of the provider network via the interconnect is enabled. Traffic monitoring results associated with the interconnect are used to enforce the designated bandwidth limit of the partition.

The invention receives a base positional location and category of usage for a resource interaction system. The invention determines a set of parameters to be used for interactions having characteristics meeting the determined base positional location and category of usage information. When it receives a proposed interaction from a requesting system containing geographic information and usage category information associated with the proposed interaction, it determines whether the geographic information and usage category information associated with the proposed interaction correspond to the base positional location and category of usage for the resource interaction system.
