  • Patent number: 11578719
Abstract: A first communication groove (38) extending from a start point of a discharge port (36) in a direction opposite to rotation direction of vanes (22) is formed. A first end portion (38E) of this groove is connected to the start point of the discharge port (36). When a front-side vane in a rotation direction of a driving shaft (11) is positioned at the start point of the discharge port (36), a second end portion (38S) of the groove is positioned at a rear side in the rotation direction with respect to a rear-side vane coming immediately after the front-side vane, and communicates with a suction port (35). A part of working fluid in a front-side pump chamber (27-1) can therefore be introduced into a rear-side pump chamber (27-2) that communicates with the suction port (35), thereby lessening excessive pressure increase of the front-side pump chamber (27-1) and suppressing pulsation phenomenon.

The circumferentially extending inner portion defines a discharge passage extending therethrough. The circumferentially extending intermediate portion has a slot formed in a surface thereof. The slot extends at least partially around the circumferentially extending intermediate portion. The compression mechanism is disposed within the suction chamber and provides working fluid to the discharge chamber via the discharge passage of muffler plate.

  • Patent number: 11566617
Abstract: A toothing for a gerotor pump comprises a plurality of outer teeth (10) at a gerotor inner element (1) and a plurality of inner teeth (20) greater by one at a gerotor outer element (2), wherein a centre (M1) of the gerotor inner element (1) is offset from a centre (M2) of the gerotor outer element (2) by an eccentricity (e), the outer teeth (10) thereby meshing with the inner teeth (20). A contour of the outer teeth (10) at the gerotor inner element (1) is essentially defined by a curve of a single ellipse from a tooth tip (11) continuously via tooth flanks (13) to a transition radius (14) towards a tooth space or a tooth root (12); wherein the principal axis of the ellipse is arranged radially to the gerotor inner element (1) and the centre of the ellipse determines a radius (Rmin) at the gerotor inner element (1) which corresponds to the maximum meshing depth of the gerotor outer element (2) between the outer teeth (10) at the meshing.

  • Patent number: 11506201
Abstract: The distance between openings of two supply passages that are closest to an accommodating recess is less than the distance between openings of two injection ports that are closest to compression chambers. This configuration minimizes the volume of the space in the accommodating recess between a check valve and the two supply passages, unlike a case in which the distance between the openings of the supply passages that are closest to the accommodating recess is greater than or equal to the distance between the openings of the two injection ports that are closest to the compression chambers. This reduces the flow rate of refrigerant that flows into the accommodating recess from the compression chambers in a compression process through the injection ports and the supply passages.
