Abstract: One embodiment is directed to a system or pop-up panel module for configuring a pop-up panel. The system or module include a controller and/or processor. The controller and/or processor may be configured to receive a plurality of actions requiring a validation, and invoke a call to a model layer to validate at least one of the plurality of actions. Based on a result of the validation, a message corresponding to the at least one of the plurality of actions is retrieved, and the retrieved message is stored in an object. The controller and/or processor may be further configured to provide a pop-up panel that references contents of the object and displays the message stored in the object, and to re-use the object to store a message for each of the plurality of actions requiring validation.

Abstract: A multi-level information display system graphically represents clinical information for a user. The system includes a user interface providing clinical content to a user and accepting user input with respect to clinical content. The system also includes a graphical summary representation of a patient-related clinical data value. The graphical summary representation has one or more visible characteristics indicating an importance of the patient-related clinical data value. The system also includes a thumbnail trend view providing a graph of data elements used to provide the patient-related clinical data value shown in the graphical summary representation. The system further includes an originating data view retrieving and displaying, via the user interface, a source document corresponding to at least one data element on the graph shown in the thumbnail trend view. The various views are displayed via the user interface based on user manipulation of a cursor with respect to the displayed views.

Abstract: A software-based method and system to provide a secure user interface on multiple and diverse electronic computing devices with a customized and secure dashboard feature. The systems and methods simultaneously integrate internally generated software utilities of an enterprise with externally accessed software operating in a ‘cloud computing’ environment. The systems and methods can be used in management and operations that use computer based software, data management, creative processes and communication systems. The systems and methods reduce the requirement for additional programming to integrate or interchange equivalent and independently developed software for use within an enterprise. The systems and methods permit social network communications between members of an enterprise and an external community.

Abstract: Various computerized systems and methods are provided for creating sports statistic triggers, and analyzing sporting statistic feeds and determination, bashed on updates to sporting statistic feeds, whether or not a trigger has been satisfied. Sports statistic triggers for sporting events may be created using a user interface and stored, along with associated parameters, in data storage. Live downloaded sports statistic data feeds can be analyzed by a plurality of processes to determine whether or not one or more sport statistic triggers have been satisfied. Based on satisfaction of one or more sport statistic trigger, a broadcast message may be delivered to subscribers using a variety of delivery methods according to a distribution list.

Abstract: Disclosed is a mobile terminal having a pressure sensor with a plurality of pressure sensing areas that are used to change or rotate a standby screen image. The pressure sensor detects pressure applied by the user to the pressure sensing areas and outputs corresponding pressure sensing signals. The mobile terminal determines the direction of change or rotation of the standby screen image according to the pressure sensing signals. Upon determining the standby screen image changing direction, the mobile terminal loads and displays one of a plurality of images stored in a memory in the determined direction. Upon determining the direction of rotation of the standby screen image, the mobile terminal rotates the current standby screen image in the determined direction.

The method may comprise receiving information associated with a product to be placed in electronic commerce. Content is therefore generated based on the received information, in which the content may provide an interactive storefront. A link to the content is generated and then provided.

Abstract: A shared environment is provided for electronic media devices such as game consoles which have Internet connectivity for receiving streaming video content. The shared environment is a virtual world which includes the video content as well as avatars which represent a group of users who have agreed to watch the content together, and scene elements which provide a realistic and eye-catching appearance. The users can enter commands to cause their avatars to emote, such as by cheering. The users can also explore the shared environment from different camera angles. A voice and/or video chat channel can also be enabled to allow the users to speak to and see one another. The video content is synchronized among the electronic media devices of the users so that the users' interactions are more meaningful as they can react to the same portion of the video content in real time.

Abstract: Systems, methods, and devices employing tumbler-style graphical user interfaces (TSGUI) are presented. TSGUI can facilitate high context rapid selection of content objects from at least a plurality of tumbler components. Selection of content objects can relate to a path for a memory to access a related final information. TSGUI can be employed in mobile computing devices, including telephonic mobile computing devices. In an embodiment a TSGUI of a mobile device can facilitate access to content in relation to messaging applications native to the mobile device.

Abstract: A system, method and computer-readable medium are provided for the generation of group-based information processing service utilizes one or more group-based information templates and contact processing information to determine a set of available contacts and applications or other executable components for inclusion in group-based information. The determination of the contacts or applications or other executable components may be completed automatically without requiring user interaction. Alternatively, at least some portion of the process may require, or provide for, at least some user interaction for the selection or management of the contacts or applications or other executable components included in group-based information.

Abstract: Users of a collaborative online forum may be evaluated automatically with the results made available to a supervisor. In an example embodiment, a method involves accessing multiple posts that are associated with multiple users, with each post of the multiple posts including content. Post scores for the multiple posts are ascertained based on one or more features. User interactions are analyzed with regard to the multiple posts to identify relationships among the multiple users and the content included in the multiple posts. The post scores and the user interactions are evaluated to determine respective collaboration scores for respective users of the multiple users. A user interface that provides access to the collaboration scores is presented to a supervisor.

Abstract: An exemplary method includes displaying an interactive collaboration plane along a time axis within a graphical user interface, automatically detecting a plurality of participation events each performed by one of a plurality of participants during a conference session between the plurality of participants, recording a time of occurrence of each of the participation events, and displaying graphical depictions of the participation events within the interactive collaboration plane. The graphical depictions are positioned along the time axis in accordance with the recorded times of occurrence of the participation events. Corresponding methods and systems are also disclosed.

Abstract: Media management for multi-user groups includes methods for determining a numeric score for recorded content being one of a popularity score or a relevance score, and for displaying a content library as an array of images each sized in accordance with its popularity score. The methods may also include social group features whereby a user may compare her content library with other libraries in her social group, and view relative popularity of content titles in the other libraries. The system includes numerous other features for content exploration, acquisition and management. An apparatus for performing the method comprises a processor coupled to a memory, the memory holding instructions for performing steps of the method as summarized above. Various aspects of the system may be implemented as a server or a client.

Abstract: Systems and methods in accordance with various embodiments of the present invention provide for viewing a subset of a file in a secondary window, where a viewable portion of the file is displayed in a main window of a user interface. A user-selection of a reference marker made in the user interface is received. The reference marker corresponds to a point of interest in the file. Based on the selected reference marker, a location of the point of interest in the file is determined. A contextual boundary rule is applied in order to determine a location of a context portion of the file. The subset of the file is retrieved using the location of the point of interest and the location of the context portion of the file. The subset of the file is rendered in the secondary window.

Abstract: Performance data for a computing device is displayed in both graphical and tabular portions concurrently. The performance data displayed in the different portions is synchronized, being performance data for the same time range. A user can select a portion of the time range, in response to which the graphical portion displays an indication of the selected portion and the tabular portion displays an indication of which attributes of a performance aspect of the performance data contribute to the performance aspect in the selected portion. A user can also select a particular attribute of a performance aspect in the tabular portion, in response to which the graphical portion displays an indication of the portions of the time range to which the selected attribute contributes to the performance aspect of the performance data.

Abstract: A method, system, and medium are disclosed for managing calendar information associated with multiple users over a network. The calendar information may relate to scheduling, events or tasks, and is shared among users or devices. Flags may be stored in order to share and provide functionality to calendar information, such as generating calendar entries, permitting searches and coordinating calendar entries.
