Abstract: Described herein is a reusable, multi-purpose bag, comprising a flexible, resiliently deformable body comprising a first material and a second material. The first material has a first degradation temperature and an absorption ratio of at least two to one of absorbed water weight to bag weight. The first material forms an anterior panel and a posterior panel, and the anterior panel is coupled to the posterior panel to define a cavity therebetween. The second material has a second degradation temperature that is lower than the first degradation temperature, and at least a portion of the anterior panel is bonded to at least a portion of the posterior panel by the second material.
Abstract: A flexible packaging laminate has built-in opening/reclose and tamper-evidence features by forming the laminate from an outer structure joined in face-to-face relation to an inner structure. Score lines are formed in both structures to enable an opening to be formed through the laminate by lifting a flap or the like out of the plane of the laminate. The score line through the outer structure defines a larger opening than the score line through the inner structure, such that a marginal region of the outer structure extends beyond the edge of the opening portion of the inner structure. A pressure-sensitive adhesive is used to re-adhere the marginal region to an underlying surface of the inner structure adjacent the opening through the laminate. The outer score line includes at least one tear portion that is torn through upon initial opening, thus indicating the package has been at least partially opened.
Abstract: The present disclosure relates to a delivery bag in which the lower end of the bag is closed and wherein said lower end of the bag comprises at least one carrier handle or one carrier loop, and wherein at the same time, the upper end of the bag has a closable first opening for introducing articles for delivery. The present disclosure additionally relates to the use of the delivery bag according to the present disclosure for the transportation of goods for delivery, in particular goods for delivery for mail order and online commerce, as well as a method for producing a delivery bag according to the present disclosure.

Abstract: A flat-bottomed bag is formed from a flexible sheet that initially is flat prior to being manipulated to form the bag. The sheet is a laminate of a first web and a second web laminated together by an adhesive layer disposed between the webs. The sheet defines a plurality of serially connected side wall panels collectively defining a vertically extending side wall of the bag, and a plurality of bottom panels respectively connected to the side wall panels at respective fold lines. The bottom panels are folded about the fold lines and are attached together to form a flat bottom wall configured to support the bag in an upright orientation. The adhesive layer is in a partial-coverage pattern that includes adhesive-free regions located along each fold line between each bottom panel and the respective side wall panel connected therewith.
Abstract: A harness comprising a back section, a padded waist strap extending from the back section and comprising a waist strap connector, a waist strap attached to the padded waste strap and comprising a waist strap connector, a towing strap attached to a posterior surface of the back section and a towing connector slidably coupled to the towing strap. The waist strap connector of the waist strap is operable to couple to the waist strap connector of the padded waist strap.
Abstract: A child-resistant zipper is provided and a packaging bag incorporating such a zipper which is difficult for a child to open, but which can readily be opened using predetermined procedures.
Abstract: The present invention relates to an impingement cooling mechanism (1) that ejects a cooling gas (G) toward a cooling target (2) from a plurality of impingement holes (4) formed in an opposing member (3) that is arranged opposite the cooling target (2). Turbulent flow promoting portions (6) are provided in the flow path of a crossflow (CF), which is a flow that is formed by the cooling gas (G) after being ejected from the impingement holes (4). The turbulent flow promoting portions (6) are constituted so that a turbulent flow is promoted from the upstream side to the downstream side of the crossflow (CF).

Abstract: The present invention provides an adapter apparatus and method for attaching a holster having at least one belt loop to a surface of another article. The adapter includes a flexible sheet having first and second surfaces. The sheet also has a longitudinally extending central panel with opposite ends. The width of the central panel is sized to pass through a holster belt loop. There is an end panel at each end of the central panel. The end panels have a transverse width greater than the width of the central panel. There are fastener components on the second surface corresponding to a complementary fastener component on a surface of another article. At least one end panel is foldable to a width for passage through the belt loop and then unfolded such that the fastener components will secure the sheet and holster to the surface of the other article.
