  • Patent number: 11303597
Abstract: A system and method for a Community Networking System (CNS). A Community Networking System (CNS) is an online and/or mobile platform for sending messages from Government agencies, Organizations or Businesses (GOB) to people in a community. The CNS includes one or more community hubs that can receive messages related to one or more communities. The CNS is configured to enable registered and/or authorized business users or government users acting as senders to send messages to one or more community hubs. Preferably, a sender electronically communicates with CNS via a CNS website and/or application. The sender selects or chooses one or more intended community hubs that the sender desires to send a message to and provides the message. The sender further requests CNS (for example by clicking on “send” button) to send the message to the one or more intended community hubs. The CNS receives the request and/or the message and calculates the intended recipients of the one or more intended communities.

  • Patent number: 11252052
Abstract: Embodiments provide for prediction and mitigation of network faults. Information associated network nodes may be compiled and used to generate network analytical records (NARs). A first model may be executed against the NARs to predict faults associated with one or more nodes of the network. Tickets are generated for predicted faults and stored in a ticket database. The tickets may be analyzed to predict executable actions to mitigate the faults associated with each ticket. To analyze the tickets, ticket data may be compiled and used to generate ticket analytical records (TARs). A second model may be executed against the TARs predict actions to resolve the predicted faults. The predicted actions may be executed to mitigate the impact that the faults have on the network, which may include preventing the faults entirely (e.g., via preventative maintenance) or minimizing the impact of the faults via use of the predicted actions.

  • Patent number: 11245540
Abstract: A system and method is disclosed to transform Over-The-Top (OTT) call log data collected by telecommunications network operators into a peer-to-peer log in order to determine more accurate information. In this method the IP addresses in the call log records are compared to a list of known mediator server IP addresses and the records in the log that contain mediator server IP addresses are removed from the log to create a peer-to-peer log containing only those records that contain peer IP addresses. The data in the peer-to-peer log can then be categorized with confidence to determine network performance information as well as, for example, the percentage of traffic to a particular country. Conclusions may then be inferred regarding the removed data records based upon the data found in the peer-to-peer log.

  • Patent number: 11205156
Abstract: Systems and techniques for providing security data points from an electronic message are presented. A system can determine a first internet protocol (IP) address of a computing device in response to a user of the computing device opening an email sent to an email address corresponding to a particular electronic account of the user, the email comprising an IP address tracking mechanism. The system can also compare the first IP address with one or more second IP addresses corresponding to one or more electronic accesses of the particular electronic account. Furthermore, the system can determine if an account access anomaly exists in regard to the particular electronic account based on a result of the comparing. The system can also implement a security measure impacting an ability of the particular electronic account to conduct one or more transactions in response to the account access anomaly existing for the particular electronic account.

  • Patent number: 11196631
Abstract: Client and server devices identify each other over a LAN or similar network through a series of unicasts. Rather than broadcasting a service announcement or discovery request as a broadcast or multicast, for example, a device instead transmits a series of unicast messages using a finite set of recipient network addresses and port numbers. Responses to the unicast messages can be collected and tracked to thereby allow subsequent communications to occur via unicasts with only the recognized addresses, with a multicast to only the recognized addresses, and/or otherwise as desired. By allowing the clients and servers to communicate with a finite set of unicast messages, a “broadcast” type message can be sent on the network without a need for router configuration. Moreover, unicasts can be sent using different protocols (e.g., TCP) than the subsequent traffic (e.g., UDP), thereby making discovery of compatible devices on the network more reliable.

  • Patent number: 11188496
Abstract: A system for reading stored data may include one or more Ethernet drives and a controller, both configured to communicatively connect to a host device. The controller may receive a first read command from the host device, determine a first drive among the one or more Ethernet drives using the first read command and a mapping table, translate the first read command into a second read command, and send the second read command to the first drive. Responsive to receiving the second read command, the first drive may send a first remote data transfer instruction to the host device independent of the controller. The first remote data transfer instruction may include stored data read from the first drive to cause the host device to write the stored data read from the first drive to one or more memory buffers in the host device indicated by the second read command.

  • Patent number: 11178023
Abstract: Methods, apparatus, and systems for data plane interface network Quality of Service (QoS) in multi-tenant data centers. Data plane operations including packet generation and encapsulation are performed in software running in virtual machines (VMs) or containers hosted by a compute platform. Control plane operations, including QoS traffic classification, are implemented in hardware by a network controller. Work submission and work completion queues are implemented in software for each VM or container. Work elements (WEs) defining work to be completed by the network controller are generated by software and processed by the network controller to classify packets associated with the WEs into QoS traffic classes, wherein packets belonging to a give traffic flow are classified to the same QoS traffic class.

  • Patent number: 11172016
Abstract: A computing device, a method, and a system to enforce concurrency limits within a network fabric. The computing device includes a memory device; and a network interface controller coupled to the memory device. The network interface controller includes circuitry to communicate with a plurality of target computing devices in a network fabric. The circuitry is configured to generate packets for transmission to respective ones of a plurality of target nodes. For each packet addressed to its corresponding target node, the circuitry is to determine whether transmitting the packet would violate the target node's concurrency limit. If transmitting the packet would not violate the target node's concurrency limit, the circuitry is to transmit the packet to the target node.
