  • Patent number: 11949572
Abstract: A system can identify a group of time-series telemetry data that represents performance metrics of computing devices, wherein the group of time-series telemetry data is represented according to a first number of dimensions. The system can compress the group of time-series telemetry data, wherein the compressed group of time-series telemetry data is represented according to a second number of dimensions that is less than the first number of dimensions, wherein the compressed group of time-series telemetry data is homomorphic. The system can perform a data science operation on the compressed group of time-series telemetry data to produce a first result, wherein the first result is within a predetermined threshold value of a second result of performing the data science operation on the group of time-series telemetry data.

  • Patent number: 11949764
Abstract: The present disclosure relates to systems, methods, and non-transitory computer-readable media that generate compressed metric data for digital metrics utilizing a graph-based compression dictionary and time slice compression. For instance, the disclosed systems can utilize a dynamically modifiable graph-based compression dictionary to generate compressed metric label identifiers for metric labels of digital metrics. The graph-based compression dictionary can include nodes and edges corresponding to metric label segments and metric label identifier values, respectively. The disclosed systems can traverse the graph-based compression dictionary using a metric label to determine the corresponding compressed metric label identifier. The disclosed systems can further generate delta compression values for the metric values of the digital metrics. For instance, the disclosed systems can compare metric values within a single time slice (e.g., a time stamp) to generate corresponding delta compression values.

  • Patent number: 11930555
Abstract: Methods, apparatus, systems, and computer-readable media are set forth for providing digital and non-digital content to a segment of a population that is identified using geolocation data and other activity data. In some implementations, non-digital content is delivered via postal mail to a segment of a population according to whether the segment of the population viewed certain content before, during, or after visiting a particular geographic location. In other implementations, digital content, such as phone calls or voice messages, can be delivered to a segment of a population according whether the segment of the population is present or has recently been present at a particular location and previously viewed certain content associated with the location. Segmenting populations in this way can conserve computational resources and materials that might otherwise be wasted on serving a larger population that may have less of an interest in the content.

  • Patent number: 11914496
Abstract: Various embodiments comprise systems and methods to maintain data consistency in a data pipeline. In some examples, a computing system comprises data monitoring circuitry that monitors the operations of the data pipeline. The data pipeline receives input data, processes the input data, and generates output data. The data monitoring circuitry receives and processes the output data sets to identify changes between the output data sets. The data monitoring circuitry generates a consistency score based on the changes that indicates a similarity level between the output data sets. The data monitoring circuitry determines when the consistency score exceeds a threshold value. When the consistency score exceeds the threshold value, the data monitoring circuitry generates and transfers an alert that indicates ones of the output data sets that exceeded the threshold value.

  • Patent number: 11907673
Abstract: Methods and apparatuses are described for enhancing chatbot recognition of user intent through graph analysis. A computing device classifies user messages associated with a chat session as either comprehensible user messages that are mapped to a user intent or incomprehensible utterances that are not mapped to a user intent. The computing device arranges the comprehensible messages into first clusters and arranges the incomprehensible messages into second clusters. The computing device generates a first sub-graph for each first cluster and generates a second sub-graph for each second cluster. The computing device calculates a graph kernel matrix using the sub-graphs and trains a classification model using the graph kernel matrix. The computing device executes the trained classification model using the graph kernel matrix as input to generate a predicted intent identifier for the incomprehensible messages.

  • Patent number: 11894947
Abstract: A GRE tunnel is configured between multiple computing devices of a distributed cloud computing network and a single origin router of the origin network. The GRE tunnel has a first GRE endpoint that has an IP address that is shared among the computing devices of the distribute cloud computing network and a second GRE endpoint that has a publicly routable IP address of the origin router. A first computing device receives an IP packet from a client that is destined to an origin server. The first computing device processes the received IP packet and encapsulates the IP packet inside an outer packet to generate a GRE encapsulated packet whose source address is the first GRE endpoint and the destination address is the second GRE endpoint. The GRE encapsulated packet is transmitted over the GRE tunnel to the single origin router.

  • Patent number: 11880610
Abstract: A cluster compute server stores different types of data at different storage volumes in order to reduce data duplication at the storage volumes. The storage volumes are categorized into two classes: common storage volumes and dedicated storage volumes, wherein the common storage volumes store data to be accessed and used by multiple compute nodes (or multiple virtual servers) of the cluster compute server. The dedicated storage volumes, in contrast, store data to be accessed only by a corresponding compute node (or virtual server).
