Abstract: The invention discloses a methodology for the biomimetic culture of urothelial cells from mammalian bladders, including murine, porcine, bovine and human sources to isolate and expand urothelial cells for use in various applications, such as intravesical urothelial cell therapy to treat cystitis and bladder cancer.
Abstract: Compositions for treating a sleep disorder or modifying or improving the sleep-wake cycle in a subject are disclosed herein. In some examples, the composition can comprise one or more sleep promoting active agents, one or more sleep quality active agents, one or more sleep recovery active agents, and optionally one or more next day active agents. The composition can provide an immediate burst release of the one or more sleep promoting active agents, a delayed burst or delayed sustained release of the one or more sleep quality active agents, a delayed burst or delayed sustained release of the one or more sleep recovery active agents, and a delayed burnt or delayed sustained release of the one or more next day active agents. Abstract: A therapeutic treatment for the treatment of COVID-19 disease, the treatment to be initiated soon after and preferably within approximately twenty four hours after the patient develops the first signs of symptoms comprising but not limited to individually or in combination thereof fever, headache, sore joints, cough, fatigue, chills.
