The hair then is formed into a bun and the pouch is snapped into engagement over the bun to hold the hair in the bun shape.

The ability to supply power to the motor mechanism is accomplished with a first electrical contact in communication with the power supply and positioned in the handle, and a second electrical contact in communication with the motor mechanism and positioned in the arm such that when the arm and the handle are in the outstretched position the first and second electrical contacts make an electrical connection such that power from the power supply operates the motor mechanism.

    Abstract: A device for sanding, buffing or grinding elongate objects includes a housing having a collar at one end and a rotatable sanding/buffing head rotatably mounted in the collar. The collar defines a cavity. A driveshaft is mounted to a motor in the housing for rotation of the driveshaft about an axis of rotation of the head upon actuation of the motor. A distal end of the driveshaft extends into the cavity in the collar. The sanding/buffing head may be cup-shaped and removably mounted or mountable into the collar on to the distal end of the driveshaft. The driveshaft rotates the cup within, and relative to, the collar upon the actuation of the motor. An abrasive is mounted to the annular inner surface of the cavity in the collar. The second end of the housing, opposite the first end, provides a handle for manual grasping and lifting by a user.

    Abstract: The present invention consists of a seamless self-adhesive hair extension and a method of attaching it to a head of a wearer. The seamless self-adhesive hair extension is comprised of a plurality of either natural or synthetic hair strands attached to a base support made of polyurethane which has a rectangular strip of double-sided self-adhesive tape with a removable backing as a fastener. The method consists of separating a user's hair along a part line into an upper portion and a lower portion, wherein the upper portion and lower portion are temporarily swept up and away from the part line. Another double-sided rectangular strip of self-adhesive tape is placed along a lower portion part line approximately ¼? from the scalp onto the user's natural hair, and then alternating ¼? strands of the user's natural hair are withdrawn from the upper portion of hair above the part line such that the strands will be laid upon the double-sided self-adhesive tape.
