  • Patent number: 7959121
Abstract: An adjustable cup holder incorporates an elongated clamp assembly and cup support assembly. The clamp assembly has a proximal end and a distal clamping end. The cup support assembly is connected at the proximal end of the clamp assembly, and comprises a body portion and a pair of arcuate cup-encircling arms having respective spaced-apart free ends. A pivot pin enables pivot adjustment of the cup support assembly at the proximal end of the clamp assembly, such that the cup support assembly is movable between a desired in-use position depending from the clamp assembly, and a folded stowed position beside the clamp assembly. In the stowed position, the clamp assembly passes between the spaced-apart free ends of the cup-encircling arms and into an area defined between the cup-encircling arms.

  • Patent number: 7950727
Abstract: A suspension arrangement for spring suspending a mass body (3) in relation to a substructure (1), for example, a driver's cabin (3) of a heavy goods vehicle in relation to the vehicle chassis (1) thereof. The suspension arrangement comprises a spring/damper arrangement (2) which is arranged between the mass body (3) and the substructure (1) and which is used to dampen thrusts and/or oscillations. The suspension arrangement in characterized in that it comprises at least one pantograph (6) which is used to reduce the freedom of movement of the mass body (3). The inventive suspension arrangement is constructively robust and can determine the provided freedom of movement of the mass body in a reliable manner and can dampen and/or prevent undesired movements in other spatial directions. The invention enables an economical and a reliable spring suspension, in particular, for a driver's cabin of heavy good vehicles, to be produced.

  • Patent number: 7942371
Abstract: Conduit spacers useful in preparing duct banks are disclosed. The conduit spacers are designed for attachment to each other in vertical and horizontal combinations, that is, they may be arranged in side-by-side arrays, up-and-down arrays, or arrays that are both side-to-side and up-and-down. Thus, the conduit spacers include both vertical and horizontal restraints or interlocks. The vertical interlocks are achieved by the use of tapered tabs and tapered slots, both the tabs and the slots having tapers in the same horizontal direction. Horizontal interlocks are made by the use of rails and matching grooves in the sides of the spacers. Thus, both vertical and horizontal interlocks are achieved by assembling the ducts in a horizontal direction, side-by-side as desired for width, and up-and-down as desired for height. The number and length of conduits and the length of the duct banks needed dictate how many spacers are needed.
