  • Patent number: 9831731
Abstract: In a stator having a stator core and phase windings, slots are formed in the stator core and each slot accommodates conductors in a layer structure from one end to the other end of the slot in a radial direction of the stator core. The phase windings in one phase have conductors accommodated in a first slot and a second slot which are adjacently formed in the stator core. An electrical connection between the conductors in a n-th layer and the conductors in a (n+1)-th layer includes that the conductors accommodated in the first slot are electrically connected together, the conductors accommodated in the second slot are electrically connected together, and the conductors accommodated in the first slot are electrically connected with the conductors accommodated in the second slot. This connection eliminates a phase difference in the first slot and the second slot in a distributed winding structure.

  • Patent number: 9825515
Abstract: The rotation of the synchronous reluctance motor is controlled through energization of the winding with current of a phase having a ratio k between the total sum of radial-direction widths of the slits on the q-axis and a magnetic gap length, and having a lead angle ? from the d-axis. Among the core layers, the radial-direction width, on the q-axis, of the core layer that lies at a position closest in the circumferential direction to a point P at which there intersect the outer periphery of the rotor and the straight line passing through the rotor center and drawn at an angle ?=arctan(tan ?/(1+0.2k)) from the d-axis, is larger than the radial-direction width of other core layers on the q-axis.

  • Patent number: 9647511
Abstract: A primary part of an ironless linear motor includes a cooling plate on which flat coils are disposed, each having a central opening. The coils are pressed onto the cooling plate by holding pieces which taper toward the cooling plate and engage in the openings in the coils. In this manner, an especially good contact is produced between the flat coils of the primary part and the cooling plate prior to encapsulating the primary part with a synthetic resin, the cooling effect of the preferably actively cooled cooling plate thereby being increased markedly.

  • Patent number: 9647515
Abstract: Relay terminals, which are formed integrally with a W-phase terminal, a V-phase terminal and a U-phase terminal provided radially outside bobbins, connect stator coils and the W-phase terminal, the V-phase terminal and the U-phase terminal. Second connection parts of the relay terminals connected to the coils are provided radially inside the W-phase terminal, the V-phase terminal and the U-phase terminal. Thus distances between the second connection part and the inner wall surface of a housing are increased to maintain insulation between the relay terminals and the housing. Thus the relay terminals are protected from breakage.

  • Patent number: 9641058
Abstract: A linear motor includes a case, a magnet assembly and a coil assembly. The case is disposed along a first direction. The magnet assembly includes at least two first magnets, among which the first magnets are disposed corresponding to and between two first magnetic yokes, respectively. The coil assembly includes a winding coil having an exposed portion, among which the exposed portion is extended along a second direction and disposed between the two first magnetic yokes, and the exposed portion is at least partially overlapped with the two first magnets in a third direction. As a result, the coil assembly and the case are driven to reciprocate along the first direction by the winding coil due to the magnetic force, thereby solving the magnetic disturbing issue, enhancing the driving force of the linear motor, and optimizing the mechanical rigidity.
