Abstract: An image search method includes: receiving a first input that is performed by a user on a first identifier in a preset control displayed at a target position of an image display interface, wherein the image display interface includes at least one image; in response to the first input, displaying at least one thumbnail associated with the first identifier; receiving a second input that is performed on a first thumbnail of the at least one thumbnail; and in response to the second input, marking a first display position of a first image corresponding to the first thumbnail on the image display interface.

Abstract: A system to indicate to a user to enter a personal identification number (PIN) on a commercial off the shelf (COTS) device, the system comprising: a secure card reader communicatively coupled to the COTS device, and wherein the secure card reader receives a payment card; a payment application installed on the COTS device; and one or more devices other than the COTS device. The payment application installed on the COTS device transmits one or more prompts to the one or more devices other than the COTS device based on a set of signals received from the secure card reader. The secure card reader transmits the set of signals after the payment card is received at the secure card reader, and the one or more prompts comprise at least one indication to the user to enter the PIN on a display of the COTS device.

Abstract: A computing device and a method for generating relative narration. In one instance, the computing device include a display device displaying a graphical user interface including textual information received from a first application. An electronic processor of the computing device receives a user interface element associated with the textual information scheduled for relative narration. The electronic processor extracts a plurality of entities from the user interface element, converts the plurality of entities into a narrated string using a second application, generates the relative narration of the textual information using the narrated string, and output the relative narration.

Abstract: Systems and methods for identifying recommended topics are disclosed. An example method may be performed by one or more processors of a system and include identifying one or more attributes of a system user, identifying a subset of topics relevant to the system user based on analyzing the one or more attributes of the system user using an analysis model trained with a machine learning process to identify relevant topics for system users based on historical user attributes, generating, for each respective topic of the subset of topics, using the trained analysis model, a relevance score for the respective topic based at least in part on a most recent system page previously accessed by the system user and a current system page accessed by the system user, and generating one or more recommended topics for the system user based on the relevance scores.

Abstract: A method, a device, and a non-transitory storage medium are described, which provide a natural language-based content system with corrective feedback and training service. The natural language-based content system with corrective feedback and training service may collect data based on interaction with search results from users. The natural language understanding model may generate feedback data based on the collected data, and use the feedback data to further train the natural language understanding model and update search and discovery logic for searching and discovering contents. The feedback data may categorize errors based on the interaction, and identify differences between search queries received during a search session with a user.

Abstract: A method, apparatus and computer program product for modifying a user interface in a web browsing session is described. During a learning session with a first user, a user model is created. The user model includes associating user movement of the first user with a set of user focus types. During the web browsing session with the first user, the system determines that a first user focus of the set of user focus types in the user model is appropriate to modify a web application user interface to present a priority user interface element in the user interface. The web application user interface is modified according to the first user focus.

Abstract: Systems and methods are described that include generating a content repository to store content items satisfying a recency condition. In response to receiving an indication to access and store an additional content item in the content repository, the systems and methods may include triggering rendering of a user interface in a taskbar associated with a computer operating system, the user interface depicting at least a representation of the additional content item, storing the additional content item in the content repository, and triggering expansion of the user interface to include at least two regions where the at least two regions include a rendering of a representation of the content items satisfying the recency condition and a representation of the additional content item.

Abstract: Embodiments relate to a system, program product, and method for leveraging cognitive systems to facilitate the automated data table discovery for automated machine learning, and, more specifically, to leveraging a trained cognitive system to automatically search for additional data in an external data source that may be merged with an initial user-selected data table to generate a more robust machine learning model. Manual efforts to find and validate data appropriate for building and training a particular model for a particular task are significantly reduced. Specifically, a learning-based approach to leverage with machine learning models to automatically discover related datasets and join the datasets for a given initial dataset is disclosed herein. Operations that include dataset selection facilitate continued reinforcement learning of the systems.

Abstract: Techniques for feature engineering pipeline generation for machine learning using decoupled dataset analysis and interpretation are described. A feature engineering engine obtains a dataset and utilizes a number of analyzers to generate data facts associated with the columnar values of the dataset. The data facts are consolidated together as a set of data statements that are used by multiple interpretation engines that implement different strategies for treating the data in order to generate feature engineering pipeline code.

Abstract: A graph model of a graphical user interface (GUI) may be generated by processing usage data of the GUI where the usage data comprises sequences of GUI pages and actions between GUI pages. The nodes of the graph model may be determined by obtaining GUI pages from the usage data, identifying dynamic GUI elements in the GUI pages, generating canonical GUI pages by modifying the GUI pages using the dynamic GUI elements, and creating graph nodes using the canonical GUI pages. The edges of the graph may be determined by processing actions from the GUI data that were performed by users to transition from one GUI page to another GUI page. The graph model of the GUI may be used for any appropriate application, such as determining statistics relating to the GUI or statistics relating to individual users of the GUI.

Abstract: Computer-readable media, methods, and systems are disclosed for displaying paginated growing widgets. At generation time, a pagination service negotiates widget bounds. The pagination service transmits proposed bounds and a starting index to the growing widgets and receives a number of items that can be displayed as well as updated bounds for all items that can be displayed. The pagination service creates a cache entry including a widget identifier, updated widget bounds, and a starting and ending widget data item index. If a particular page is not present in the widget pagination cache, the pagination service performs another bounds negotiation. At display time, the pagination service instructs each of the paginated growing widgets to render updated widget data items based on a corresponding widget pagination cache entry, without reprocessing a document object model associated with a front-end application on which the paginated growing widgets are displayed.

Abstract: In an approach to mature a knowledge corpus using artificial intelligence (AI) and user collaboration, embodiments create, by an AI response system, a knowledge corpus based on retrieved data associated with a first user. Additionally, embodiments execute, by the AI response system, a search to locate one or more matching knowledge corpora based on a request of the first user, and identify, by an anonymous network, at least one cluster of one or more anonymous second users having respective search requests that substantially match the search request of the first user. Furthermore, embodiments execute an AI exchange between the identified one or more anonymous second users and the first user, and mature the knowledge corpus, via the AI response system, based on the AI exchange between the first user and the identified one or more anonymous second users.

Abstract: A test manager receives notification by a version control hosted service of one or more files, containing plain text instructions, being stored in a repository to be used for guiding a human tester to perform operations and observe behavior for a system under test. The manual test includes callable automated software, executed by a serverless computing platform, to set the system under test in a predefined state required for the manual test. The test manager is configured to display a user interface having information indicating the manual tests to be executed, including required automated software to be executed, and to provide guiding instruction for the execution of the tests. The test manager communicates with the serverless computing platform, issuing instructions regarding the required automation. The user interface is also configured to receive status information from both the human tester and the serverless computing platform.
