Abstract: Exemplary embodiments relate to techniques for asserting the authenticity of digital content being communicated among client devices of a communication or computer system by configuring the digital content with one or more sensor responsive elements. The sensor responsive element may be a visual interface that dynamically reacts or responds to sensor data generated by one or more sensors (such as a gyroscope sensor, a microphone, and a camera) of a receiving client device. If the sensor responsive element does not dynamically react or respond to movement data, image data, or sound data generated by the one or more sensors, the digital content may fail user inspection and may indicate to the recipient that the digital content is a fake or a counterfeit.

Abstract: Embodiments of the present disclosure relate to a method, an electronic device, and a computer program product for processing information. According to an example embodiment, the method includes: acquiring a service request record set, each service request record in the service request record set relating to a problem encountered by a user when the user is provided with a service and a solution to the problem; constructing a language model based on a first subset in the service request record set and an initial model, the initial model being trained using a predetermined corpus and configured to determine vector representations of words and sentences in the corpus; and constructing a classification model based on a second subset in the service request record set and the language model, the classification model being capable of determining a solution to a pending problem, and the first subset being different from the second subset.

Abstract: The disclosed subject matter relates to a service application that supports a client device to access a platform via a client instance. The service application enables the user to perform an operation related to management of a virtual resource. In some embodiments, the service application invokes a chat interface to place the client device in communication with a virtual agent. Via the chat interface, the service application prompts the user to select a topic, an operation, and a virtual resource to indicate a desired operation to be performed. When the service application receives the selections made by the user via the chat interface, the service application, such as the virtual agent, may access the platform to perform the desired operation.

Abstract: There are described building management systems and methods for managing tag bundles of a data model. The system comprises a memory component, a user interface, and a processor. The memory component stores a tag bundle that includes one or more tag fields. The user interface identifies one or more records, in which each record includes at least one tag and each record corresponds to a point of the building management system. Each tag defines a structural or functional relationship between points of the building management system. The processor updates the tag or tags of the record(s) based on the tag field or fields of the tag bundle.

Abstract: Systems and methods for improving a search process by providing a visual guided search experience is provided. A networked system determines a location of a user device. A user interface (UI) is presented illustrating a map at a first level view of an area based on the location. The networked system receives, via the UI, a first touch input indicating a zoom selection. In response, the UI shows a second level view of the area that includes a plurality of nodes each representing a point of interest in the area. The second level view is a lower level view than the first level view. The networked system then receives, via the UI, a second touch input selecting a node of the plurality of node. In response to the selecting of the node, navigation information for a selected point of interest corresponding to the selected node is presented.

Abstract: An electronic device includes a touch-sensitive display and one or more programs stored in memory for execution by one or more processors. The one or more programs include instructions for displaying a first application view that corresponds to a first application in a plurality of concurrently open applications. The one or more programs include instructions for detecting a first input, and in response, concurrently displaying a group of open application icons that correspond to at least some of the plurality of concurrently open applications with at least a portion of the first application view. The open application icons are displayed in accordance with a predetermined sequence of the open applications. The one or more programs include instructions for detecting a first gesture distinct from the first input, and in response, displaying a second application view that corresponds to a second application adjacent to the first application in the predetermined sequence.

Abstract: An artificial intelligence (“AI”) based system is disclosed for associating low-level user content, such as documents, email messages, and calendar invites, with high-level user activities using topics as an abstraction. The associations can enable a computing system to provide, among other things, activity-specific views that present a specific selection of low-level user content that is most relevant to a user at a particular point in time. The activity-specific views present the right information to users at the right time based on a context of a user and a user's past activities.

Abstract: Techniques for adjusting a posture of an operating system mode for a touch-enabled computing device based on combinations of user preferences and user input modality signals. Various adjustments to the posture of the operating system mode do not impact whether particular user interface elements are present but rather alter characteristics with which these particular user interface elements are rendered. Posture adjustments to an operating system mode occur based on combinations user input modality signals and user preferences not to enter another mode in which particular user interface elements are no longer displayed within a task bar along a peripheral edge. An object of designing an operating system mode to have multiple different postures with common user interface elements displayed in the task bar while adjusting the characteristics thereof is to preserve the user familiarity across postures while optimizing graphical layouts to accommodate for a current user input modality.

Abstract: The present technology can move operating system folders into a sync folder of a cross platform content management system, and redirect the operating system to look for the OS folders in the sync folder. The present technology also provides an invariant checker to make sure that another application has not moved the OS folders after they have been placed in the sync folder, and provides solutions when the OS folders are moved out of the sync folder of the content management system. Additionally, when OS folders for multiple client devices are in the sync folder on the content management system, the present technology can provide a mechanism to make the content items in an OS folder on a first client device also sync into an OS folder on second client device.
