Abstract: A system, method, and computer program product are provided for automatically determining a location-based network connection policy by a mobile device, where the location-based network connection policy can be determined from information provided by a server. In use, a network connection policy for a network-enabled mobile device of a user is stored by the mobile device. Additionally, an identifier specific to a location of the mobile device is identified. An updated network connection policy is then automatically determined by the mobile device, using the identifier, for example via information sent to the mobile device by a server based on the identifier. Further, the updated network connection policy is implemented by the mobile device for controlling a network connection of the mobile device.

Abstract: A Long Term Evolution (LTE) communication network wirelessly exchanges first data with LTE User Equipment (UE) using LTE Carrier Aggregation (CA) to support at least an LTE Quality-of-Service Class Identifier 5 (QCI 5) data bearer. The LTE communication network detects if the LTE UE accepts an LTE QCI 1 data bearer while the LTE CA and the LTE QCI 5 data bearer are active. In response, LTE communication network disables the LTE CA for the LTE UE. LTE communication network wirelessly exchanges second data with the LTE UE over the LTE QCI 1 data bearer without using the LTE CA in response to disablement.

Abstract: A method for switching of multi-carrier and device are provided. The method comprises: receiving a message sent from a source RAN node corresponding to a first link and comprising information of a second link; according to the information of the second link, establishing a connection between a target RAN node corresponding to the first link and an RAN node corresponding to the second link, so as to perform data transmission. Abstract: Apparatuses and methods concerning routing of calls in an IPBX server are disclosed. As an example, one apparatus includes a first processing circuit communicatively coupled to an IPBX server. The IPBX server is configured to route VoIP calls for a plurality of end-users having respective VoIP-enabled devices and generate call event messages for the routed calls. The first processing circuit is configured to generate call summary metrics from the call event messages. The call summary metrics indicate respective sets of call data for participants of the calls routed by the IPBX server. A second processing circuit is configured to evaluate the call summary metrics to identify a set of incoming calls to the IPBX that were missed and have not been returned by the end-users. The second processing circuit is further configured to cross-correlate the identified set of incoming calls with a secondary data source to determine a respective priorities for the set of incoming calls.

Abstract: The present disclosure discloses a method for managing release of a network port of a mobile terminal, and the method includes: during a PPPoE dialup or after completion of the PPPoE dialup, network ports of a current mobile terminal are scanned; it is determined whether scanned idle network ports are released erroneously, it is determined whether restoration of connection is desired for an erroneously released network port, and the restoration of connection is implemented according to conditions of current network connection and the PPPoE dialup when the restoration of connection is desired. The present disclosure further discloses a device for managing release of a network port of a mobile terminal. The method and device make it possible to solve a problem that a network port may be released erroneously after a PPPoE connection is established in the prior art.

Abstract: The present invention relates to a method for transmitting an uplink channel in a wireless communication system. The method for transmitting an uplink channel of a terminal according to one embodiment of the present invention may comprise the steps of: receiving a downlink control message; extracting the starting point of a dynamic physical uplink control channel (PUCCH) resource region from the downlink control message; and transmitting an uplink channel according to the starting point of the extracted dynamic PUCCH resource region. An embodiment of the invention exhibits effects in reducing the signaling overhead, and preventing the terminal from unnecessarily consuming power, when transmitting the uplink channel in a CoMP system.
