  • Patent number: 9052882
Abstract: A blower control device changes a PQ characteristic in a second table so that an operating point (QN, PN) on the PQ characteristic in the second table agrees with an operating point (Q0, P0) on a PQ characteristic in a first table. At this time, the blower control device changes the PQ characteristic in the second table at a rate based on QN and Q0. Furthermore, the blower control device changes a load noise characteristic in the second table at a rate based on QN and Q0. Then, the blower control device calculates load noise corresponding to the operating point (Q0, P0) with respect to each rotation frequency ratio from the changed load noise characteristic. And then, the blower control device determines a rotation frequency ratio corresponding to the lowest load noise as a rotation frequency ratio at which a plurality of fans is rotated.

  • Patent number: 9046579
Abstract: Electric arc discharges between bearing rings in a roller bearing are analyzed by setting a defined operating state based on rotational speed of the roller bearing, temperature of the roller bearing, an imbalance of the roller bearing causing vibrations, lubricants, axial/radial/tilt loads, tilting of the bearing rings relative to each other, pulse shape and pulse repetition rate of an applied electrical voltage, bearing play, and pre-existing damage to the roller bearing. A pulse-shaped electrical voltage between inner and outer bearing ring generates electric arc discharges, wherein for each electric arc discharge a characteristic value representative of energy, power, voltage and/or current and duration of the electric arc discharge is determined. Only those electric arc discharges are evaluated that have a qualifying value determined in accordance with at least one of the characteristic values greater than a predefined limit value.

  • Patent number: 9026240
Abstract: A coating and developing treatment apparatus includes a substrate transfer mechanism; and a defect inspection section. A transfer control part controls transfer of a substrate. A defect classification part classifies a defect based on the state of the defect. A storage part stores a transfer route of the substrate by the substrate transfer mechanism when the substrate has been treated by treatment sections. A defective treatment specification part specifies, based on a kind of the defect classified by the defect classification part and the transfer route of the substrate stored in the storage part, a treatment section which is a cause of occurrence of the classified defect, and judges presence or absence of an abnormality of the specified treatment section. The transfer control part controls the substrate transfer mechanism to transfer a substrate bypassing the treatment section which has been judged to be abnormal by the defective treatment specification part.

  • Patent number: 9026259
Abstract: A microgrid including a renewable power source is optimized by treating the renewable source as operating in an isochronous mode, and by decomposing the optimization process. A renewable capability is defined for the renewable source to enable treatment of the renewable source as operating in an isochronous mode. The renewable capability may be based on a power rating of the renewable source. An objective function of the microgrid optimization problem may then be optimized while treating the renewable source as operating in an isochronous mode. A penalty factor may be applied to avoid power shortage.
