Abstract: Provided is a tubular fabric that has a homogeneous structure along its outer circumference and excellent shape-stability and that is useful as hoses for transferring a fluid or powder or for protecting linear materials such as a wire, a cable, and a conduit, tubular filters, and medical base materials such as an artificial blood vessel. The tubular fabric includes a wall part that is woven by interlacing a warp yarn and a weft yarn and that has a double weave structure, a weft yarn in an outer layer and a weft yarn in an inner layer being not intersected with each other. The tubular fabric preferably has a circularity c of 0.8 or more and 1.2 or less, the circularity c being represented by the following equation of an outer diameter b perpendicular to an outer diameter a with respect to the outer diameter a, the outer diameter a being obtained by measuring a location corresponding to a fabric width A in weaving of the tubular fabric. Circularity c=a/b.

Abstract: A method for producing durable fluffy and soft loop fabric having embedded weft floats, including: 1) yarn selection; 2) winding; 3) warping; 4) sizing; 5) weaving; and 6) dyeing and finishing. During the weaving process, low-twist or zero-twist yarns or filament long floats are embedded into loops. During the dyeing and finishing process, due to weft-wise shrinkage, the embedded weft floats shrink and expand, thereby supporting the loops upright without lodging. In addition, the fluffy zero-twist yarns and interlaced yarn floats form a stacked stereoscopic structure with other weft yarns fixedly connected to the loops, thereby facilitating the extension of the loops and enlarging moisture diffusion surfaces of the loops during baking and air-drying processes to create a rapid drying condition for towels. Therefore, a loop fabric which has a special style and a fluffy and soft hand feeling and is still fluffy and soft after being washed is obtained.
Abstract: An industrial two-layer fabric includes an upper surface side fabric constituted by upper surface side warps and upper surface side wefts, one a lower surface side fabric constituted by lower surface side warps and lower surface side wefts, the upper surface side warps include a warp binding yarn, wherein two adjacent upper surface side warps that includes a upper surface side warp that weaves only the upper surface side wefts and the warp binding yarn form a pair, the warp binding yarn of the pair passes below three of the adjacent upper surface side wefts where the warp binding yarn passes below the one of the lower surface side wefts, a ratio of the number of the upper surface side warps to the number of the lower surface side is 2:1.
Abstract: A bib assembly is configured with a hanging portion and first and second ends with attachment features for releasable engagement. The hanging portion may, in some variants, include one or more exposed bights configured to engage a pacifier, toy, or other infant care appliance.
Abstract: An upper torso garment has a torso section extending from a waist region to a neck region, the torso section including a front region and a back region, where the front region is positioned adjacent a chest of a wearer of the garment and the back region is positioned adjacent a back of the wearer. The torso section includes a left torso region and a right torso region, where the left torso region is positioned on a lateral left side of the torso section and the right torso region is positioned on a lateral right side of the torso section. The garment includes quick-draw pockets in the front region proximate to the waist region, where each quick-draw pocket includes a first pocket chamber and a holster pocket chamber in a stacked configuration.
Abstract: Elastic trims and articles incorporating the same, and also methods of manufacturing and processing elastic trims and articles incorporating the same, are provided. An elastic trim may include a base textile that is knitted or woven, and may further include cables that are movably positioned in tunnel structures located within the base textile, the cables having a lower stretch characteristic than the base textile. The cables may be secured and removed at certain locations, thereby imparting a variable stretch characteristic to the elastic trim. The elastic trims may be incorporated into various articles, including waistbands, apparel, footwear, and bags.
Abstract: An eyewear apparatus is configured to be fitted around a face of a user such that a first earpiece is supported by a first ear of the user, a second earpiece is supported by a second ear of the user, and a bridge portion of the frame is supported by a nose of the user. When the eyewear apparatus is fitted around the face of the user, a first eyepiece is aligned with a first eye of the user to allow the user to see through a first lens disposed within an aperture of the first eyepiece. An additional structure is coupled to the frame and covers a portion of a forehead of the user when the eyewear apparatus is fitted around the face of the user. The additional structure depicts a portion a character. A three-dimensional piece affixed to the additional structure provides additional depth to the character.
