Abstract: A motorcycle gas cap for use with a motorcycle that has a gas tank, a recessed space, and an opening to receive fuel, and a tube to vent air. The gas cap has a base secured into the recessed space. The base having a base opening configured for fluid exchange with the gas tank opening and the base further having a ventilation mechanism. The gas cap is removably configured to twist in one direction into a locking position and twist in an opposition direction to an unlocking position such that the gas cap is removable from the base. The gas cap has a plunger extending downwardly from the gas cap. A hole is positioned on a top portion of the base and sized to receive the plunger such that when the gas cap is removed from the base the plunger can rest in the hole.

Abstract: A lid seal mechanism for sealing a drink opening in a lid of a beverage container. The lid seal mechanism has a slider, a plunger and a plunger seal. The slider body slides between a closed position and an open position, and pivots to a cleaning position. The slider body is connected to the lid in each of the closed, open, and cleaning positions. The slider has a body with a front and a rear. The plunger is pivotally connected to the front of the slider. The plunger seal is connected to the plunger. The plunger seal seals the drink opening in the lid when the slider is in the closed position, and the plunger seal opens the drink opening when the slider is in the open position to allow a user to drink contents from the beverage container.

Abstract: A packaging container is provided. The packaging container includes a body defining a volume. The body including a neck extending from an opening of the body. The neck including a proximal surface and a circumferential projection defining at least one gap. The neck further including at least one axial support disposed in the gap. A closure is engageable with the proximal surface, and a sleeve is conformable to an outer surface of the closure and the neck. In some embodiments, container systems and methods of manufacturing containers are presented.

Abstract: A container is provided. The container comprises a cover, a base, and a body, which includes one or more spine structures and one or more door panels which may open and allow substantially lateral access to the interior of the container. The one or more door panels may be secured in a closed position by a latch mechanism. In a first mode, the latch mechanism is not released. In a second mode, the latch mechanism is released. The first mode and the second mode may operate concurrently and can be accessed separately via different mechanisms. A switch mechanism may alternate between the first mode and the second mode. Alternatively, a pedal includes a first pedal mechanism corresponding to the first mode and a second pedal mechanism corresponding to the second mode.

Abstract: Lightened neck for upper parts of liquid-containing containers consists of a tubular body axially attachable to the upper part (1) of a container, a tubular body that has a lower sector and an upper sector and comprising the following consecutive parts, described from the lower sector towards the upper sector: a lower collar (3) intended to be coupled and in intimate contact with the upper part (1); a support ring (4) with a height (h4) from 2 mm to 3.7 mm; a cylindrical part (5) with a height (h5) from 22.6 mm to 24 mm; and an upper washer (6), intended to receive a closing cap (2) and which in turn comprises, consecutively, a lower ring (7), a straight portion (8) and an upper ring (9).

Abstract: A concrete overcoat bucket support adapted for elevating a bucket above a concrete surface being resurfaced. The concrete overcoat bucket support is adapted for supporting a five-gallon bucket above an uncured overcoat. The concrete overcoat bucket support apparatus of the present invention includes spikes so that an overcoat bucket for resurfacing the concreate may be supported above an uncured area being resurfaced without leaving permanent markings in the uncured surface when the concrete overcoat bucket support apparatus is lifted and moved.

Abstract: A cup holding unit for catching spills while pouring. The cup holding unit includes a cup holder, a basket, and a body. The cup holder is configured to hold a cup. The body defines a cavity surrounding the cup holder. The basket is positioned in the cavity and is removable. The basket and/or the cavity catch liquids that spill when pouring into the cup. The basket is removable to allow a user to empty the caught liquid and to clean the basket. The cup holding unit includes one or more suction cups that secure the cup holding unit to a table or another surface during pouring.

Abstract: A pan/pot protector and hot pad includes a first compound fabric constructed of a first layer of non-abrasive, durable fabric, a second layer of non-abrasive, durable fabric, and a first insulative thermal barrier batting located between the first and second layers of non-abrasive, durable fabric; and a second compound fabric constructed of a third layer of non-abrasive, durable fabric, a fourth layer of non-abrasive, durable fabric, and a second insulative thermal barrier batting located between the third and fourth layers of non-abrasive, durable fabric. The first compound fabric is operatively attached to the second compound fabric. The attachment of the first compound fabric and the second compound fabric is configured to have a shape to effectively provide a volume for receiving and protectively covering an entire pot/pan.

Abstract: The present disclosure generally relates to the manufacture and sealing of containers formed of metallic material or glass with metallic closures, and more specifically to an apparatus and methods used to seal containers with a Roll-on Pilfer Proof (ROPP) closure or a prethreaded closure. The closure includes a floating liner that is not attached to the closure such that the liner can move relative to a lower surface of the closure. The floating liner may comprise a polymer, a metal, a high-durometer material, and/or an elastic material. The floating liner includes an inner plug seal that seals or seats on an inner surface of a curl of the container. The floating liner can optionally include an outer alignment support configured to align with and/or be positioned adjacent to an outer surface of the curl.

Abstract: A can end having a metallic end surface in which an opening is formed that is bounded by a closed margin of the end surface and that can be closed by a closure piece is provided. The can end has a sealing frame and a closure unit that supports the closure piece and that is pivotably attached to the metallic end surface. Abstract: The present technology discloses a multi-position valve for use with a container. The valve can have a frustoconical structure having apertures thereon, and a concentric flap attached to the frustoconical structure by a hinge, wherein the concentric flap pivots from a first closed position to a second open position. When the concentric flap of the interior valve is in the first closed position, the concentric flap abuts against the frustoconical structure and blocks fluid flow through the apertures. When the concentric flap of the interior valve is in the second open position, the concentric flap is pivoted upward at the hinge and away from the frustoconical structure and permits fluid flow through the apertures.

Abstract: A lid for a beverage container including a lid body defining a drinking passageway extending between a drinking opening at an upper rim of the lid body and a drinking passageway inlet at an interior of the lid body. The lid includes an actuator accessible from an exterior of the lid body and a sealing apparatus coupled to the actuator and located at least partially in an interior of the lid body. The actuator and the sealing apparatus can slide relative to the lid body between a sealed position and an unsealed position. In the sealed position a sealing member of the sealing apparatus contacts an interior surface of the lid body around the drinking passageway inlet to seal the drinking passageway.

Abstract: A hydrogen storage system includes a hydrogen storage alloy containment vessel comprising an external pressure containment vessel and a thermally conductive compartmentalization network disposed within the pressure containment vessel. The compartmentalization network creates compartments within the pressure vessel within which a hydrogen storage alloy is disposed. One or both of the compartmentalization network and the pressure vessel may be formed by a 3D printing process, such as by Selective Laser Melting (SLM) and/or Direct Metal Laser Sintering (DMLS). The hydrogen storage alloy is a non-pyrophoric AB2 Laves phase hydrogen storage alloy having: an A-site to B-site elemental ratio of not more than 0.5; and an alloy composition including (in at %): Zr: 2.0-5.5, Ti: 27-31.3, V: 8.3-9.9, Cr: 20.6-30.5, Mn: 25.4-33.0, Fe: 1.0-5.9, Al: 0.1-0.4, and/or Ni: 0.0-4.0.

Abstract: The present invention is a container system comprising: a container having an opening with a rim; a lid for covering the opening, the lid being movable between an open position and a closed position in which the lid covers the opening; and a bracket secured to the rim, the bracket having a raised portion spaced from the rim and defining an open chamber between the raised portion and the rim, wherein the raised portion includes a bracket aperture that is positioned to be aligned with a corresponding lid aperture in the lid when the lid is in the closed position, and wherein a gap in the raised portion extends from the bracket aperture to an edge of the raised portion.

A double container according to the present invention comprises a container body having an outer shell and an inner bag, wherein: a mouth part of the container body is configured by lamination of the outer shell and the inner bag; the inner bag comprises a flange part at an upper end thereof in the mouth part, the flange part covering the upper end of the outer shell from above; and the flange part comprises a pull-out part for pulling the inner bag out of the outer shell.

Abstract: Presented is a laundry hamper, including a frame, an outer bag and support rods, wherein a bag opening of the outer bag is connected to the frame; and the frame includes a main body and at least one limiting block detachably connected to the main body, the limiting block has a limiting cavity for limiting an end of each support rod, and the main body or the at least one limiting block is provided with a hook. The laundry hamper is novel in structure, has strong structural stability, and is convenient for users to take out and put in an inner bag.
