Abstract: A flexible clip is provided which has a flexible body running between opposing ends. The clip is foldable to an as-used position at a central portion thereof to a removable engagement of two end portions using mating fasteners such as magnets. The clip in the as-used position is removably engageable with both planar and three dimensional objects.

Abstract: Clothing accessories and more specifically a decorative button cover that will convert any man's suit coat into a sports jacket. The button cover includes a locking mechanism serving to connect the button cover to a jacket button, completely covering it and changing the appearance of the due at least in part to a decorative design on the visible front surface of the button cover.

Abstract: A strap attachment system includes a frame member having an opening, a strap, and a tab having a body and an attachment element defined by the body. The tab connects to the strap. A fastener element connects to the tab and is detachably and slidably mountable to the frame member by the opening.

Abstract: A system for containment and organization of medical wire features a U-shaped clamp. A first ridged and grooved clamping block is located on a clamp first side posterior end and a second ridged and grooved clamping block is located on a clamp second side posterior end. A first side compression member is located on an inside surface of a clamp first side and a second side compression member is located on an inside surface of the clamp second side. An adjustable ratcheting lock attaches the clamp first side and the clamp second side. A first finger grip is located on an outside surface of the clamp first side and a second finger grip is located on an outside surface of the clamp second side. Medical wire is placed between the first side compression member and the second side compression member then the clamp is compressed against the medical wire.

Abstract: A banding strap has an elongate member made from a flexible, resilient material. The elongate member has a stop section and a seat section. The stop section has one or more stops spaced along elongate member and each stop has a diameter that is greater than a diameter of elongate member. The seat section defines a seat that faces the stop section along the elongate member and a gap above the seat relative to the elongate member that is sized to receive the elongate member. The gap has a width that is less than diameter of the one or more stops. The seat defines a cavity that restrains one of the stops against a force applied along the elongate member. The stop section engages the seat section by bending the elongate member around such that the elongate member is substantially parallel to itself at the stop section and the seat section.

Abstract: In one aspect, the subject matter of the disclosure features a watch band. The watch band includes a strap and a clasp mechanism integrated with an end of the strap. The clasp mechanism includes a concave member defining a channel at the end of the strap and a cover plate. The cover plate is configured to move between (i) a first position in which the cover plate covers the channel, and (ii) a second position in which the cover plate is retracted to leave at least part of the channel uncovered by the cover plate.

Abstract: A clipping device includes a first arm having a body portion that includes a connecting portion and a fastener at two ends thereof, respectively; a second arm having a body portion that includes a connecting portion and a fastener-receiving portion at two ends thereof, respectively, wherein the connecting portion is connected to the connecting portion of the first arm; and a lock assembly having a fastener removably engaged with the fastener of the first arm and a switch being shiftable between a first position and a second position. When the switch is at the first position, the fastener of the lock assembly is displaceable, and when the switch is at the second position, the fastener of the lock assembly is not displaceable.

Abstract: Apparatuses and system are provided for securing loads. In one embodiment, a buckle system is provided that includes two buckle portions that are adapted to interlock with each other. Each of the buckle portions includes a spine, two longitudinal/long member connected to the spine, a neck connected to the spine and a V-shaped member, and two horizontal members connected to the V-shaped member. Each of the two buckle portions has a plurality of bends on its top surface. The plurality of bends one buckle portion corresponds with the plurality of bends on the other buckle portion. In various embodiments, each spine has at least one portion that has greater dimensions than at least one other portion on the spine, respectively.

Abstract: Clips or straps may be used to position a patient-controlled-analgesia (PCA) pump control in a position where a patient can easily operate a PCA pump. A strap that allows a PCA pump control to always be in hand or very close at hand is preferable to a strap or clip that merely keeps a PCA pump control nearby.

Abstract: A buckle assembly for a chin strap of a helmet has a metal part connected to a non-marring part. The metal part includes a metal plate with an outer perimeter, end portions and a center portion, and a slot in each end portion and a snap member fixed to the center portion. The non-marring part includes a tray with end and side walls. The end and side walls together defining an inner perimeter corresponding to and receiving the outer perimeter of the metal plate. A shelf extends side-to-side on an inner surface of each end wall, a plurality of locking tabs are on an inner surface of each side wall and at least one intermediate portion is connected to the inside surface of each side wall. The metal plate rests on the shelves and on the intermediate portion(s) and is being locked in the tray by the locking tabs.

Abstract: A clip having a main clip body that is made of resin and has a shape in front view that is closed at one end and open at the other end. The main clip body has engaging arms and holding members positioned to the inside of the engaging arms. The engaging arms are configured so as to be elastically deformed when the main clip body passes through an installing hole of a partner panel and to engage with a rim of the hole when the engaging arms have been inserted. The holding members are configured so as to keep the main clip body fitted onto the clip seat of the mounted member. The engaging arms and the holding members are connected to assume a substantially diamond-shaped loop in front view, and are configured so that the positions thereof differ in side view, and overlap in front view, when elastically deformed.

Abstract: Embodiments are directed to textile fasteners. In one embodiment, the textile fastener may include a spherical member and a receiving member. The receiving member may include a flange portion and an opening within the flange portion where the opening is configured to receive the spherical member. In an embodiment, the insertion of the spherical member at least partially into the opening applies a friction force between the textile and the receiving member thereby attaching the textile fastener to the textile. In particular, magnetic interaction between the spherical member and the receiving member may maintain the friction force between the textile and the receiving member. The textile fastener also includes a cover member that substantially conceals the spherical member and the receiving member from view. The cover member may be an ornamental or functional structure, including a wearable electronic device.

Abstract: A multi-closure strip of clips with one or more openings to hold the neck of a bag, which include a male and a female interlocking portion to hold the clips together in a series. Each clip includes a set of male and female slots at a first edge, and a set of male and female slots at a second edge. Neighboring clips can interlock or mate-ably attach to the respective sets of slots and fingers without the need for adhesive, and without fracture of the clip material. The clips can be made of a resilient plastic or biodegradable material, or any recyclable products.

Abstract: A lanyard apparatus for a rolled product includes a flexible strap having first and second strap ends and a body portion between the strap ends. The first strap end is secured to the body portion at an attachment point to define a first loop. A hollow tubular member is installed over the body portion between a second strap end portion and the attachment point. The second strap end portion extends from the tubular member and has an opening sized to permit passage of the first loop therethrough to thereby define an openable second loop. The tubular member has a first arm, a second arm spaced apart from the first arm, a transverse part extending transversely between and connecting a lower first arm portion and a lower second arm portion, and an upper transverse portion extending transversely from an upper second arm portion and aligned with the transverse part.

Abstract: A multi-closure strip of clips with one or more openings to hold the neck of a bag, which include a male and a female interlocking portion to hold the clips together in a series. Each clip includes a female pocket at a first edge, and a male tab at a second edge. Neighboring clips can interlock or mate-ably attach to the respective pockets and tabs without the need for adhesive, and without fracture of the clip material. Instead of a neighboring clip, a tag or label with a mating pocket or tab can be mate-ably attached to the clip. The clips can be made of a resilient plastic or biodegradable material, or any recyclable products.

Abstract: A protective hook cover configured for use in association with a hook member having a base and a leg joined together about a bend region so as to define a retention channel therebetween. The protective hook cover comprises a base region cover portion, a leg region cover portion and a connecting cover portion therebetween. The connecting cover portion including a plurality of nub bumper members extending outwardly from the outer base surface. A combination protective hook cover and hook member is also disclosed, as is the inclusion of a strap member.
