The system thus also has a plurality of filters, coupled with each of the demodulators, for mitigating the noise.

    Abstract: A tunable microstrip having removable contactless tuning stubs is used in the fabrication of a tunable T-junction circuit. Arrays of tuning stubs are formed in proximity to both sides of a microstrip signal trace. Each array of tuning stubs has a shared grounding bus connected by multiple vias to the ground plane. The sinusoidally patterned shape of the tuning stubs and their proximity to the signal trace provides a minimum breakdown voltage of 1.3 kV and a tuning sensitivity of approximately 0.01 dB to 0.02 dB.

In one embodiment of the RF PA stage, the RF PA stage receives and amplifies an RF stage input signal to provide an RF stage output signal using the RF PA amplifying transistor. The collector of the RF PA amplifying transistor provides the RF stage output signal. The PA envelope power supply provides an envelope power supply signal to the overlay class F choke. The envelope power supply signal provides power for amplification.

    Abstract: A cascaded diplexer to create a cascaded diplexer leg with selectable passbands has a cascaded diplexer circuit. The diplexer circuit has a plurality of first bandpass filters, each having a passband. The diplexer circuit has a second bandpass filter having a passband and two terminals, coupled in series with a first bandpass filter. First and second switches are coupled in series with the second bandpass filter and the first bandpass filter, the first and second switches being configured to selectably switch the second bandpass filter into the circuit. The passband of the second bandpass filter is chosen to limit the passband of the first bandpass filters, such that when the second bandpass filter is switched into the circuit, the passband of the diplexer leg is reduced. The passband of the second bandpass filter may be a subset of, or overlaps with, the passband of the first bandpass filter.
