Abstract: In accordance with an embodiment, described herein is a system and method for providing key performance indicator (KPI) customization in an analytic applications environment, which enables data analytics within the context of an organization's enterprise software application or data environment, or a software-as-a-service or other type of cloud or computing environment. The system supports customization derived from multiple layers which, in aggregate, can yield a customized performance metric or KPI object. In accordance with an embodiment, the system supports a user interface with icons that describe original (e.g., out-of-the-box or factory) KPIs and user-modified KPIs. When a user modifies an original KPI object to create a customized KPI, its icon is changed to visibly indicate that the user has modified the KPI. The customized KPI can be used within KPI decks, cards, dashboards, or other types of visualizations; while retaining a lineage to the original KPI object.

Abstract: A configuration mapping system and method increase the effectiveness of mapping of information from an established product line to a new product offering. In at least one embodiment, the configuration mapping system herein uses configuration mapping rules to map individual product features and entire configurations from established products to a new product offering. The configuration mapping system also provides a way to appropriately map, for example, demand and sales information for the purpose of demand estimation and sales prediction. Conventionally, mapping can be ineffective because the configuration mapping rules usually focus on one part of the product at a time, and, if applied in isolation, the impact on other parts is missed. The systems and method herein provide a way to integrate configuration mapping rules across feature parts, time periods, and product lines into a unified, holistic view, allowing for new insights.

Abstract: In some embodiments, apparatuses and methods provide long term scheduling at a plurality of retail stores including storing a forecasted data over at least eight weekly scheduling periods; determining based on the forecasted data a first baseline hours demand value for each day of a week for each job function of a first set of job functions at a particular retail store; determining based on the forecasted data a second baseline hours demand value for each day of the week for each job function of a second set of job functions at the particular retail store; based on the first and second baseline hours demand values, automatically generating a plurality of fixed schedules for a set of task resources at each of the plurality of retail stores; accessing a first fixed schedule associated with the first task resource; and displaying the first fixed schedule.

Sensor data is received from one or more sensors configured to capture data for plants within a plant growth operation. Accumulated data associated with other plants in other plant growth operations is access. The data is analyzed to determine conditions of the plants within the plant growth operation. Plant grower actions to improve plant growth are determined. Instructions are transmitted to a controller device associated with the plant growth operation. Agricultural products or services associated with the plant grower actions are determined. An agricultural exchange service processes electronic commerce information from servicers of the products or services. Bids from the servicers are received, and selection and fulfillment of the bids are facilitated.

Abstract: Transaction items for a transaction are received during a transaction. Any non-barcoded items are identified and processed within a retailer-specific vector space to identify a most-similar barcoded item offered by a corresponding retailer to the non-barcoded item. The transaction items are revised to include the most-similar barcoded item as a replacement for the non-barcoded item. The revised transaction item list is used to identify a recommended item based on a segment-specific vector space associated with a segment assigned to the transaction. The recommended item is provided in real time to a transaction service that processes the transaction for delivery to a customer associated with the transaction.

Abstract: A computer program product for prioritizing order fulfillment at a retail sales facility, including the steps of: a) receiving purchase request information at a retail sales computing device that includes identifying information and order information for the first customer, b) receiving location information for the first customer, c) processing the received location information for the first customer together with location information of the retail sales facility to predict an estimated time of arrival (ETA) for the first customer at the retail sales facility, d) scheduling a time interval for acquiring updated location information for the first customer, and e) placing the identifying information, order information and ETA for the first customer in an order fulfillment queue for all current customers. Entries in the order fulfillment queue are ordered in increasing ETA order, whereby order fulfillment activities can proceed according to the order of order requests in the order fulfillment queue.

User activity data including items and actions associated with users and a catalog including descriptions of the items may be received. User vectors for the users, item vectors for the items and action vectors the actions may be generated by applying singular vector decomposition to the user activity data. Sequence vectors may be generated based on item vectors and the action vectors. Transformer vectors may be generated by applying a text-to-text transferring transformer to descriptions of the items. Similarity vectors may be generated based on the transformer vectors. Merged vectors may be generated by merging the sequence vector, transformer vector, and similarity vector for items. A set of probabilities may be determined by inputting the user vector for the user, merged vectors for the items, and sequence vectors for the actions to a transformer neural network.

Abstract: Disclosed is a system and method for cross-silo acquisition, reporting and analysis of enterprise data. A computer system receives enterprise data related to various vertical units of an enterprise, including machine-generated data and human-generated data. The computer system stores the machine-generated data with associations to at least some of the human generated data, and associates persona data representing a plurality of personas with the plurality of vertical units of the enterprise, such that at least one persona is associated with each of the vertical units. The computer system further associates a plurality of user-defined key performance indicators (KPIs) with the personas, and associates each of a plurality of users with at least one of the personas. Abstract: A system and method for online user feedback management are provided. The method includes receiving online user feedbacks for a product from a plurality of users. A plurality of topics for the product are identified from the online user feedbacks. For each topic, the received online user feedbacks are categorized into a plurality of groups based on a rating score provided in each online user feedback for the product and semantic analysis of each online user feedback for the product. A net promoter score (NPS) uplift for each topic is calculated, where the NPS uplift measures an improvement in a NPS for the product if issues related to the topic are resolved. A priority topic is identified based on the NPS uplift for each of the topics. The priority topic is then prioritized in resolving issues related to the topics included in the online user feedbacks.

Abstract: An example system for dynamic agent management involving multiple queues is presented. The system may include a remote network management platform that manages a network by way of a computational instance. A first group and a second group of agents may be assigned to address work items in a first queue in the computational instance. The second group may also be assigned to address and prioritize work items in a second queue in the computational instance. A computing device within the computational instance may assign a work item originating from a client device in the managed network into the first queue according to routing rules. The assignment may cause a timer to record a duration that the work item is in the first queue. The computing device may assign one of the second group of agents to address the work item based on the duration exceeding a pre-determined value.
