  • Patent number: 11176505
Abstract: Arrangements for providing multi-channel tracking and control are provided. In some examples, a request for a quantity of product may be received. The request may be processed and the order transmitted to a destination. During shipping, tracking of the order may be performed to determine whether an order has arrived at a destination. In some examples, quality data may be captured at the destination to determine whether a portion of the order was damaged or destroyed during shipping. In some arrangements, upon detecting delivery of the order the system may generate one or more instructions to update an inventory of the requesting entity based on delivery of the order. In some examples, machine learning may be used to predict when an entity may submit a subsequent request for product, a recommended amount of product, and the like. This information may be transmitted to a requesting entity to simplify future processing requests.

  • Patent number: 11127027
Abstract: System and method for measuring the performance of brands across online and offline consumer conversations. Raw conversational data of online and offline conversations is received and analyzed using proprietary algorithms to extract, for each type of data (online and offline), relevant metrics that reflect the performance of the brand. In a non-limiting example, these metrics include: volume, sentiment, brand sharing and social influence. One of the problems with using raw data is the extreme volatility that will cause the results to sharply vary between a week and the other depending on the most recent activity or the lack of activity. To solve this problem, the embodiments compute for each metric a moving average (MA) formula specific to that metric to reduce the volatility of the results. The formula is computed so that the metric values produced by the formula would have the best/most correlation with factual data/business outcomes (e.g. sales/sale figures, stock price, purchase or dumping of stocks etc.

  • Patent number: 11080629
Abstract: A computer-implemented technique is described herein for receiving activity signals from plural logic components running on one or more computing devices. Each activity signal includes an activity information item (AII) that describes an activity performed by a subject (e.g., a user), or to be performed by the subject, as recorded by a logic component. The technique stores AIIs extracted from the activity signals in a graph data structure. The technique then: determines, by interrogating the graph data structure, one or more activity clusters within a span of time, each activity cluster pertaining to a group of AIIs associated with a same encompassing project; generates one or more summary documents based on the identified activity cluster(s); and sends the summary documents to an output device.

  • Patent number: 11062247
Abstract: A method and system for utilizing dissimilarity among business components of a business. For each business process of N business processes of a business, N two-dimensional symmetric dissimilarity matrices are stored, wherein N is at least 1. A single dissimilarity matrix is generated, wherein if N=1, the single dissimilarity matrix is a copy of a two-dimensional symmetric dissimilarity matrix of the N two-dimensional symmetric dissimilarity matrices, and wherein if N is at least 2, the elements of the single dissimilarity matrix are a mean of corresponding elements of the N dissimilarity matrices. A rotatable spatial distribution of the business components, derived from the single dissimilarity matrix, is displayed to a user who subsequently selects one or more business components for usage in a manner that reflects the spatial distances between the displayed business components.
