Abstract: A computer-implemented engine, system and method for generating business valuations, scoring, and/or flagging over a network, responsively to information input by a user remote from the engine, system and method. The invention may include a graphical user interface capable of locally querying a user to input the company information, at least one network port capable of remotely receiving the company information from the graphical user interface, and at least one engine communicatively connected to the at least one network port, which engine preferably includes a plurality of rules to generate, responsively to the input company information, at least one of a business valuation, a business score, and/or one or more business flags to be used as indicators in a network marketplace, for the company associated with the inputted company information.

Abstract: Financial transaction data representing financial transactions associated with a user is obtained from two or more sources through a personal financial management and bill payment system. The financial transaction data is then analyzed to identify recurring payments to the same payees, and/or for the same products or services, and generate baseline bill payment and/or invoice data for the same payees, and/or for the same products or services. Financial transaction data associated with the user is then monitored and compared with the baseline bill payment and/or invoice data and if a bill and/or invoice payment is identified for a payee, and/or for a service or product, that is outside a defined range of the baseline amount or frequency associated with that payee, and/or for that service or product, the bill and/or invoice payment is identified as a potentially fraudulent financial transaction.

Abstract: Aspects of the present disclosure involve a data audit system to generate and cause display of a tracking interface at a client device, wherein the tracking interface is configured to facilitate the visualization of tracking data retrieved from multiple sources. The audit system is configured to access a data source to retrieve tracking data that includes an associated asset identifier that identifies a subject of the tracking data, to link the retrieved tracking data to a data object at a database of the audit system based on the asset identifier, and to generate and cause display of a visualization of the tracking data within a tracking interface.

In one embodiment, a processor-implemented application programming interface economy indexing method is disclosed. The method may include identifying, via one or more hardware processors, an application programming interface associated with at least one device in Internet of Things operatively connected to a communication network. The method may also include receiving a request to access the application programming interface. The method may further include determining a monetary category for the application programming interface, based on the request. Also, the method may include calculating an economy index for the application programming interface. The method may include determining, using the monetary category, one or more financial conditions of access to the application programming interface.

Abstract: There is provided a method of authenticating data, comprising the following elements. Firstly, a voice biometric system is trained to identify a user from a message spoken by the user. Then a spoken message is received from the user, the spoken message comprising word content to be authenticated. The word content is then authenticated by using the voice biometric system to identify the user, and thereby authenticating the word content in the spoken message as word content spoken by the identified user. Suitable apparatus and systems are also disclosed.

Abstract: An algorithm for modeling and optimizing control of a complex and dynamic system is provided to facilitate an allocation of the resources on the network that is the most efficient. The algorithm serves to depict the complex network of available resources using market-based negotiation wherein resources are defined as available buyers and sellers in an efficient market. Selling agents are offering their available resources for sale in accordance with parameters that correspond to the actual limitations of that actual resource and the buyers are looking to make a purchase from one of the sellers that presents a resource with the greatest utility to them. In order to overcome inefficiencies that result from the potential of inefficient allocation, the present invention has further endeavored to introduce an efficiency-arbitrage agent that scans the overall body of transactions to identify and remedy inefficient market transactions.

Abstract: In many aspects, a system for a beverage dispenser can include smartcups and smartcup application management systems configured to validate and identify smartcups for dispensing a beverage. Identifying and validating the authenticity of smartcups as well as identifying registered consumers associated with smartcups may provide more secure beverage dispensers that may be placed in public with minimal oversight. Additionally, by identifying registered users associated with a registered smartcup and providing an individualized and streamlined consumer experience, consumer interactions can be improved with a beverage dispenser/provider and may lead to increased usage by consumers.

Also disclosed are a method, system and computer program for customizing an inventory data collection tool for a plurality of logical groups of users. Each of the logical groups of users is provided with a copy of the inventory data collection tool and with a first copy of a common control file. Each of the groups of users uses the first copy of the common control file to customize the tool for the group of users.
