  • Patent number: 10875572
Abstract: A connecting tube for connecting two joint attachments of a steering or track rod. The connecting tube is reinforced by at least one tube section connected by friction force to the connecting tube such that either the entire outer or inside wall the tube section is in contact against a wall of the connecting tube, thereby forming a press fit connection. The steering or the track rod has a connecting tube with end sections that each hold or support components of joint attachments. A method for producing a connecting tube or the steering or the track rod in which first a tube semifabricate of the tube section is positioned within a tube semifabricate of the connecting tube and then the two tube semifabricates are expanded within a connection zone by a mandrel with an oversized section that is moved along the common axial direction of the two tube semifabricates.

Abstract: The invention relates to suspension design. The present vehicle suspension comprises a quadrangular frame. Each corner portion of the frame has a wheel block kinematically attached thereto so as to form two pairs of wheels—a front pair and a rear pair. On each side of the frame, longitudinal and transverse coupling cables are fastened for movement therealong inside housings. Each wheel block consists of a body that is simultaneously connected to two coupling cables. Movably mounted on the body are parallel horizontal arms, the first of which is fastened to the body by its middle portion. A knuckle with the hub of a wheel is attached to an end of the first arm and to another end of the second arm, and two coupling cable dampers are attached to the other end of the first arm. The housings of the cables are attached to the body of the corresponding wheel block. The free end of each cable is enclosed in a damper.

  • Patent number: 10875594
Abstract: The present invention relates to the field of electric bicycles, and in particular, to an anti-theft battery box structure for an electric bicycle. An external structural shape of the anti-theft battery box structure matches a shape of a top tube of a frame, so that the anti-theft battery box structure and the top tube form a whole to keep the complete appearance of a bicycle. A controller is disposed at a lower end on a rear side of the top tube, and a control box presents an inverted triangle, so that the frame has a more stable structure. In addition, a bolt of a battery lock can enter a lock hole of a battery box, to achieve an anti-theft effect.
