  • Patent number: 11468641
Abstract: An augmented reality AR device may be communicatively connected to a remote network management platform configured to support a managed network. The AR device may capture an image of a real object in the field of view of an imaging component of the AR device. The real object may be recognized as a known managed object of the managed network. The AR device may also concurrently determine context information indicating a location or physical environment. The AR device may then transmit an identifier of the known managed object and the context information in a message to the management platform. In response, the AR device may receive data associated with the known managed. The AR device may then display a virtual object in a virtual space superimposed on the captured image of the real object, where the virtual object and the virtual space are based on the received management data.

  • Patent number: 11468269
Abstract: The performance of a discriminator is improved at low cost. An image quality parameter group in the development processing is obtained so that the discrimination success rate of a discriminator based on developed image data obtained by performing the development processing on captured image data is increased. For example, the discrimination success rate is obtained by comparing a discrimination result from the discriminator with the correct answer discrimination result in a ground truth database. Since the image quality parameter group in the development processing is optimized in accordance with a discriminator, a preprocessing unit for enhancing the discrimination performance of the discriminator is unnecessary. The performance of a discriminator can be improved at low cost.

  • Patent number: 11462007
Abstract: A system for simplified generation of systems for analysis of satellite images to geolocate one or more objects of interest. A plurality of training images labeled for a study object or objects with irrelevant features loaded into a preexisting feature identification subsystem causes automated generation of models for the study object. This model is used to parameterize pre-engineered machine learning elements that are running a preprogrammed machine learning protocol. Training images with the study are used to train object recognition filters. This filter is used to identify the study object in unanalyzed images. The system reports results in a requestor's preferred format.

  • Patent number: 11410290
Abstract: Metrology methods, modules and systems are provided, for using machine learning algorithms to improve the metrology accuracy and the overall process throughput. Methods comprise calculating training data concerning metrology metric(s) from initial metrology measurements, applying machine learning algorithm(s) to the calculated training data to derive an estimation model of the metrology metric(s), deriving measurement data from images of sites on received wafers, and using the estimation model to provide estimations of the metrology metric(s) with respect to the measurement data. While the training data may use two images per site, in operation a single image per site may suffice—reducing the measurement time to less than half the current measurement time. Moreover, confidence score(s) may be derived as an additional metrology and process control, and deep learning may be used to enhance the accuracy and/or speed of the metrology module.

  • Patent number: 11393232
Abstract: Techniques are described for extracting key values from a document without having to rely on finding corresponding labels for the target keys within the extracted text of the document. Further the techniques do not rely on knowledge of the correlation between (a) the location of labels within a document, and (b) the location of the key values that correspond to the labels. Key values are extracted from a document by, identifying candidate values within the document, establishing “joint-candidate” sets from those candidate values, and using a trained machine learning mechanism to score each joint-candidate set of values. The highest scoring joint-candidate set is deemed to reflect the correct mapping of candidate values to target keys for the document.

  • Patent number: 11385063
Abstract: A distance-based score approximation having improved computational efficiency is provided. Responsive to receiving a score request, an observation point is identified based the score request. A geographic database is queried for map information corresponding to geometry elements located within a predetermined maximum distance of the observation point. A plurality of sections of the geometry elements are defined. Each section is associated with one of a plurality of groups of sections based on map information corresponding to a geometry element corresponding to the section. For each of the plurality of sections, an impact curtain area is determined. For each group of sections, the impact curtain area for each section associated with the group is aggregated to define a contribution for the group. The contribution for each group of sections is aggregated to determine the distance-based score. The distance-based score is provided for display via a display of a user computing entity.
