To open the blade, manual pressure is applied to the upper edge of the blade (the edge opposite the sharpened edge) to move the blade slightly to a closed and unlatched position to release the blade from being held from the latching mechanism whereupon the blade is then free to pivot under the opening force of the spring.

Further displacement of the downstream gripper(s) relative to the upstream gripper(s) causes the separation line to tear, thus separating an end premium package from the rest of the bandolier. In one embodiment, the grippers clamp to the seal zones at locations offset from the bandolier axis and to one side thereof, thus causing a gradual tearing along the separation line and easier, less stressful separation.

During normal shaving, the separable lubrication is rotated toward the forward position and can pivot relative to the handle with the frame. When the separable lubrication is in the locked position, the separable lubrication is located in a position away from the skin during normal shaving and the pivoting of the frame relative to the handle is generally limited, or altogether eliminated.

    Abstract: According to a chain saw braking system, engagement between a front end portion of a belt and a main body by an engagement member is released at the time of application of an impact. When a front end portion is pulled by the spring force of a compression coil spring, an elongate hole for protrusion is engaged with a protrusion to restrict a rear end portion from being moved in the same direction as the front end portion. Thus, it is possible to strongly tighten a drum by the belt to thereby reliably stop the movement of a chain. With this arrangement, the chain can be prevented from being damaged when a chain saw is accidentally dropped onto the ground due to an impact applied thereto.
